Just like everyone else reviewing this company, they sent tracking that claims the item was delivered. It was not. They told me to talk to the courier, who do not reply at all. I wouldn't be surprised if the courier is fake.
And now the company is ignoring my emails.
They are clearly a scam and I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing

Paid for a shirt 7th January but haven't received it. Was told to contact the courier but the courier doesn't reply. Australia Shirts is no longer replying to my emails. Do not buy from this company

Don’t buy from this business. They are a Chinese business who took my money, but did not deliver the products.

Ordered shirts in early December 24 and still have not received them. They provided a tracking number but this stopped updating when the shirts supposedly arrived in Australia.

Followed up by email several times and they responsed by blaming it on the delivery company NTDL Australia and advised I pick up the shirts from Sydney myself. NTDL tracking notes the delivery has expired.

Requested a refund and have had no feedback. As the shirts were paid through PayPal, I have now raised it as a dispute.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company does not care about their customers or quality of products. Absolutely rubbish prints on shirts, I used to do better myself when I had a heat press. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed to give it to my niece for Christmas. Another rubbish Chinese company posing as an Australian company bs! Wish I had seen these reviews prior. I wish this company all the worst!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is not Australia base business. They deliver from china. T-shirt quality is shit for the price paid, and got wrong colour. I should have read reviews before ordering.

Do not purchase!

Faulty product. No response to request for replacement or refund. Sizing of shirt ordered didn't match the size on website advised. Emailed them with product photos almost 2 weeks ago for refund. No response yet. T-shirt was a birthday gift. Avoid buying at all costs via this site

Absolute joke. Ordered 4th November. Followed up with them when I didn’t receive and they keep saying it’s been delivered. Courier company said they never received it. I asked for a refund and have been ignored ever since. Clearly not Australian company. Do not order from here. Scammers.

The sizes are too small, quality of shirts is poor and they do not reply to emails.

This company is a scam, I have opened a case against them with the ACCC, the address is bogus, the phone number on the website is always off and they never reply to emails. I did receive stock from them, it was sent back to me unopened (with Return to Sender) written on it, the shirts are awful quality, they aren’t wearable

Delivery of item was on time. Item T-shirt poor quality. I needed to exchange, the mobile number is always switched off. They don’t answer your emails. Australia Post tried delivering to address given on their letter head, which turns out to be a wrong address.

Not-Australia Shirts. Poor quality tshirts straight from China in incorrect sizes. Customer service ignores you.

2 size small tshirts were different sizes, the print quality was awful - severely pixelated as if they’d sourced a small image than blew it up for the print, the print on one tshirt was smeared. Don’t waste your money

Scam company - all China nothing Australia. Images not clear all pixelated/blurry. No one in Australia responded. Got charged foreign transaction fees without knowing dealing with a drop shipping company. It's all a facade. Stay away and should be further investigated by Consumer Affairs.

This company is 100% scammers. The shiets are a very poor quality from China, not from the Australian address they advertise. The print quality is absolute rubbish, blurry and not wearable. Refuse to refund and refuse to be honest. Please DO NOT BUY. Even PayPal refused a refund, no doubt because they have had so many claims. Company should be shut down. AVOID.

First off, not sure why they’re called Shirts “Australia” when your package comes from China.. The quality of the t shirt is ok but the quality of the printing.. omg. I could print something better on my computer at home and stick it on. So blurry. I couldn’t even wear them I once. Straight to the bin. Waste of money.

I purchased 2 tshirts from this site. One was perfect but the other was not the right size. I have tried to contact the sote for an exchange. First email response was a 1-liner telling me the size I ordered was what had been delivered. I asked to exchange for the same thing in larger size but have been completely ignored since then. It is now almost 5 months later and I have given up.

Do not buy anything from this site if you expect support.

Chinese company, shipping from china, shipping dates are + 1 month what it states when you place an order.
No way to contact the company.
Don’t waste your money.
Now they also operate as aus shirts .com. Scams
