Tshirts shrink way more than is reasonable. Up to 10cm in length for an XL size, makes them unwearable.
No reply to ustomer service email complaint.

I bought myt women's short for summer but, i was really disappointed about the quality of the fabric. Apart from the poor quality of the fabric, the material smells awful as well. I wanted to return the item but it doesn't worth returning as the postage cost is pretty high. I decided to keep the item which i am definitely going to donate to charity.

Bought 3 shirts online fromthis website. One was a Christmas t shirt that was meant to be a Christmassy forest green. But the shirt received was an ugly lime green colour and much smaller in size than 2nd shirt of same size. I have emailed them 4 times to complain and still had no response. The other 2 shirts are fine,but be aware that you're rolling the dice with this business - you might not get what you ordered and that will be that. T shirts came from China not Hamilton, NZ.

I thought it was in Hamilton NZ

Terrible standard of print; made in China (NOT NZ) and very inaccurate sizes. My 2 large T shirts were so different from each other in length and width.

They only get a star because the goods actually did arrive. Terrible company, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
T-shirt quality is average, they pretend to be a NZ business but are clearly a direct-from-China operation. Took ages to arrive, which seemed funny when they appeared to be based in Dunedin. I then had to chase them with a follow up issue which they made no effort to resolve, instead sending one-liner brusque replies. One t-shirt has a caption that ONLY works for red, but the purchase defaulted to black (but showed a red image on my order summary though). Made that t-shirt pointless and they refused to find a solution. I would have been prepared to suck it up & just pay for a replacement if they'd helped but they just did not care. So yes, pretty awful, would never buy anything off these turkeys ever again.

Quality was TERRIBLE. Print is off centre, crooked, low resolution and not as shown on website. And worse, they don't want to know about it - just told me it was meant to look like that, and then ignored my follow-up emails. Lame.

I was worried after reading the reviews but the clothes came in a week and are good quality and the sizing is good too, so I'm happy.

After purchasing a T- shirt online and not receiving a tracking number or confirmation email, I googled the company name and after reading the really bad reviews and experiences, I pretty much wrote off my T-shirt arriving. I wrote to them about the tracking number I got an email back within a few hours saying that it had already left the facility and that Id receive a tracing number in a few days. Sure enough, I did. The T-shirt arrived in 10 days from China and is pretty good quality and exactly what I had ordered.
so I guess they can be a bit hit and miss based on what I read here, but I had no problems.

Don't trust this website. They are not local (NZ). They are China based and it takes absolutely forever (if you're lucky) to get your purchase. AVOID!

Total scammers! I ordered a tee at the beginning of November, thinking I was dealing with a NZ company. These thieves have deliberately set things up to fool people into thinking they are buying local. It’s not until after you’ve paid that you are sent a Chinese tracking number, and then it’s too late. It’s now Jan 1st and I still have no tee, and despite demanding a refund many times, these scammers are refusing to pay. Total scum bags.

Website is misleading about source of supply and hence shipping expectations. This is not a NZ site despite the .co.nz and the token Hamilton address.
Surprised it eventually turned up based on other reviews here and wish I’d seen this site first.
Rubbish T-shirt. Purchased as a gift but too embarrassed to actually give it.

This is a scam. Website setup to look like NZ company, its not, its in China. Ordered and was sent a link to a tracking site that never updated. Item never received. Got nothing but strangely worded, probably automatic, replies to emails. Phone number is also fake. Am now pursuing a refund via my credit card. Wish I would have looked at this site before ordering.

Tip: file a dispute with your card company to get your money back if you've been scammed by this fake business.

Company came up in Google ads & had exactly the shirt I wanted. Surprised to receive a Chinese shipping no as company pretends to be based in Hamilton, NZ. Order arrived quickly but it was nothing like the picture. Business never responded to my email detailing my complaint & phone number isn't picked up. Whatsapp message doesn't go through even though the profile picture was changed after I sent the message (from two Chinese women to a middle eastern man).

Filed a dispute with my bank and got the money back that way.

The business is not registered in NZ, there is no business registered at the given address & the given address is a petrol station. Site should be taken down & Google ads + PayPal shouldn't allow them to use their platforms.

Terrible terrible company. Please never buy from here. Your order won’t arrive and their customer service is in shambles.

Ordered 2 x shirts from this company whose website is a NZ website. The shirts took over 2 months to get to me! When I enquired about the tracking, it said the items were being shipped from Wuhan, China. I asked why they would pose as a NZ based company when their items are sent from China. No response. Shirts were poor quality, screen printing was crooked. Will be asking for my money back as I can't gift these to anyone!

I am a Breast Cancer Surviour so I wanted a t shirt. I saw these shirts on this website and was thrilled, they are really cool so decided on three. I thought great they are a NZ Company so won't take long to get them. I hardly ever buy anything on line, so never thought to look at the reviews. The alarm bells started going off when I paid and got the instant tracking number out of China!!! I waited and waited and then it said the aircraft was entering port. A week or so later I emailed to ask what was happening as the tracking had not moved. I got very rude responses "be patient" "Check again in a few days" "The courier has too many packages to deliver" all in broken English, never used my name in any email or signed it with a name. I emailed several times to tell them to refund the money but they ignored that part of the email and just kept saying "be patient". I too googled the site and it shows an old Mobil. I live in Christchurch so very hard for me to visit their "Corporate Offices". When I saw the reviews I felt sick as never saw them before I placed my order. My shirts eventually arrived on day 37, not the 5-12 days delivery they promise). They were what I had ordered, however the sizing is very, very small so they are skintight. So yes I did get the product. But the process was a nightmare, they take advantage of people and only let us know at the last second one the payment has gone through Paypal that they are sending from China. And it sounds like I am one of the lucky ones to actually receive what I ordered. They need to stop conning people. If I could give them no stars I would, but that was not an option!

They pretend to be a NZ company but are actually dropshipping. Quality is terrible!!!!! And the customer service is non existent because they don't reply. the one reply I did get had absolutely atrocious English and was just asking me what size I bought which was completely irrelevant. DO NOT USE
