Did not receive t-shirt I ordered. Thought I was ordering and supporting Australian. Website is called Australia Shirts, head office according to the website is located in Western Australia. Get a dispatch email from China. Tried to follow up my order was told it was delivered to the address and to check the tracking. The tracking site they use 17Track does no provide courier details. So I asked them to follow up and advise who the courier is. The only response I could get is check with my neighbours in case they signed for me and still cant tell me who the courier is. That is probably because they dont exist. They are an absolute scam. DO NOT buy from them.

I read all these reviews and was incredibly worried. Instead of the 8 tshirts in my shopping cart I reduced them to 5 and kept my fingers crossed all would be ok. I got one for my parents and grandparents, some cute ones and funny ones. Surprisingly they all were great. There was not one issue with sizing or printing. They all arrived super quick. I was so happy that I ordered another 5 for early gifts for presents for christmas. It just goes to show that usually people take the time to write reviews for negative reasons rather than positive reasons. I was happy with my purchase

Their return policy was a little on the nose so I thought I'd check out the reviews and thank God I did!! I has 3 t-shirts in the basket. Why are they allowed to operate? How is this legal? Also, I have been caught by Chinese sellers pretending to be Australian on eBay. And Neither eBay nor PayPal did nothing to assist me even though they knew this was the case!!! Thank you all for taking the time and posting a review!!

I purchased a shirt that was titled an 'orange' shirt on their website, and that had the photo of an orange shirt, but they claim according to their system I bought a black shirt. They have refused to assist me in any way since the wrong product arrived. Their website was totally misleading and their customer service woeful. Do not buy from them as you don't know what you'll get!

Glad I only bought 1 item from them. Took a very long time to get here. T shirt was wrong colour, didn't smell new and had the label cut off. Don't buy from these scammers.

Ordered a t-shirt from them under the assumption that they were an Australian company. The 'S' in the 'Scarface' design is missing and so is half the image. Sent an email to them about it and they ghosted me after I pointed out exactly what is wrong with it. Never buy from them as all they sell is cheap Chinese garbage.

Total scam. I have printed items at home with 100 x the quality. Blurry mess, cannot read the words. ‘Hoodie’ just a long sleeved T-shirt. Cannot return - Return address has no unit number despite being an apartment block. Mobile number switched off during ‘office hours’. Actually take your money under false pretences, this amounts to theft.

0 review. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . I normally read reviews before ordering but stupid me didn't this time. I ordered through paypal and straight away ordered a dispute resolution as I couldn't stop the order. This has 3 different names it goes under. AustraliaShirts site a Hooverboardscooter email address and payment goes to Chic co. Red flags everywhere. Actually company.... Do not buy from this company. They try to give the impression they are 'Australia Made' shirts but they're dropshipping out of China. My order was 5 weeks late, and when I asked for a refund, they refused saying it would arrive soon. When they finally did arrive (2 weeks later), they're ridiculously bad quality. The t-shirts themselves are cheap and misshapen, and the print is blurry and looks like it'll wash out with the first clean. Wish I'd checked for reviews before buying!

Would give this company 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2x shirts assuming they were from an Australian address listed in WA. They came in about 2.5 weeks, and the quality was disgustingly bad. They were supposed to be birthday gifts, but I wouldn't want to even grace Vinnies with the garbage they sent. I emailed a complaint asking for a refund and was never replied to. I paid via Paypal (luckily!) and started a dispute through them....which miraculously WAS answered. They have asked me to ship the goods back to CHINA in their original packaging etc before they would even consider a refund. So not only did I fork out $55 for two shirts, but they want me to spend $30 sending them back to the factory....errr...pretty sure they will get "lost" between here and CHINA and I will be out of pocket the $55 AND the $30....

Bought under the impression it was Australian as name implies but appears to not be the case. Took 2 weeks to arrive. The T-Shirt material is very thin and poor quality. The print on the T-Shirt is terrible and practically unreadable. Very disappointing.

Ordered from them assuming they were Australian and they place orders in China. Hoodie doesnt fit and no response at all from email.

Don't bother ordering from them. The shirt's print was really poor quality. Took a long time to arrive from China. No one response to your emails. Don't waste your money $$$$$

As all other reviews have mentioned, they imply heavily, but they're not based in Australia. The print on the shirt was almost the colour as the rest of the shirt, making it unreadable.
Now the website is unreachable, probably a scam

Misleading - website indicates this is an Australian business (shipping policy says domestic shipping, contact address is in NSW, title of business is 'Australia Shirts'!!. BUT shipped from China and take a long time to arrive. Very misleading and deceptive. Still awaiting my order.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered from them with the impression that they were Australian - they even have a local address - and when I questioned where why Xmas shirt was, all I got was a tracking link for China mail, not even a personal free ing or signature block, quite unprofessional.
My package eventually arrived more than a week after Christmas so is pretty well worthless to me now. So yea... thanks for nothing Australiashirts.com

I purchased this item which was described as a medical scrub top. The item took a very long time to arrive as it was sent from China. I paid 30 dollars aud. I have found the same shirt on line from Ali express for a 1/4 of the price. I had emailed the company requesting a refund as the item was required prior to 25th dec. which arrived today on the 4 th January. I had ordered at beginning of December. The quality of the garment is very poor.
