The delivery was prompt. My only gripe is that the item I wanted was out of stock, so they sent me a similar item without asking me or giving the option to refund my money. The similar item was called an "upgrade".

I ordered a nt 710 for my Jag, it was not on the diagnostic list, after a week they told me to download it from the store, and there is no option, now they won't return my emails

Claim to have a "price beat guarantee" but when you send them a genuine claim to honour this, they avoid you at all costs and just ignore you completely to avoid having to honour their false "price beat guarantee" No integrity, poor communication and customer service and very dishonest. Avoid buying from Ebay and stick to "GENUINE" and "Authorised" AUTEL dealers. These people are even claiming to be an Australian business with OZ stock and this is a blatant lie!!

I have not received the item ordered, Australia Post seems to have lost it, not good considering i paid for express postage.

Absolutely pathetic service, poor tracking scheme. I still have not got my item. And when I emailed support no feedback. I will never recommend nor use this company again!

Great price, arrived quickly (express post) and exactly what I ordered.

Product is advertised in stock, but hasn't shipped in over a week.
I have received notification from Australia Post that an Express Post shipping label was created on Friday night, 4 days after order. As of Tuesday, Aus Post still haven't received it.
The item is still listed as in stock on the website. If it's in stock, why hasn't it shipped yet?
I don't believe the item is in stock. Had I known that it wasn't in stock I would not have ordered it from AutoLines.
I will never order from them again.

Great piece of equipment, identified the faults, the parts at fault in 2 of my vehicles and cleared them, it's worth every cent of the purchase price.
