All of our partnered garages and suppliers work with us to offer discounts and service level agreements, which include both guarantees on workmanship and spare parts. In addition, we utilise a sophisticated, in-house computer system which draws on motor manufacturer information and technical trade databases. This provides us with invaluable data for every make and model of vehicle on the UK’s road network. Finally, all Autoserve customers have access to our 24/7, in-house Driver Helpline. Alex was great

Alex was great, helped with my MOT and service within minutes of me calling and sending a text with information i needed - thank you! Always had great service with Autoserve and I popped my tyre last week which they fixed within 90 minutes.

Not good enough

Unfortunately, I had a puncture away from home which should have been covered. Despite both myself and the garage contacting the same day, approval was delayed to the following day, This meant I had to leave the car and get trains back & forth to my hometown. I was not impressed considering the monthly premium being paid! It did get approved the next day however took up around 8hrs of my time & meant plans had to be cancelled, not to mention travel costs. This is the first and last time I will be taking the maintenance package out.

Thank you for getting in touch and giving us the opportunity to review your recent experience. I'm very sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused during the handling of your tyre puncture, and I’d like to provide some clarity around the timeline and offer our sincere apologies.
Our records show that you contacted us at 2:18pm to report the puncture, and we referred your case to our tyre supplier shortly afterwards. However, we did not receive the request from Kwik Fit until 4:54pm. Upon reviewing the information, we needed to clarify a detail and responded to them at 5:27pm. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply from Kwik Fit until 11:01am the following morning, at which point we authorised the replacement immediately.
While there was no delay on our part in authorising the work once the required information was available, we fully acknowledge the frustration this situation may have caused you—particularly as it appears the delay was partly due to the timing and possible branch closure.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disruption this may have caused and appreciate your patience. Please rest assured we are reviewing the communication process with our supplier to help prevent similar delays in the future.
