Bought a car from there few months ago great service delivered it to my door had a small issue with the car and autostrador paid quickly to get it fixed would definitely recommend this garage

I placed a deposit on a car offering the full asking price, less then 7 hours later due to a unforeseen circumstances I was unable to go through with the sale.

I spoke with one of the sales men who advise he would contact the manager. 1 week later after daily calls and endless promises to get back to me I spoke with a woman who advised the deposit was being refunded and it was currently going through the finance department.

for 3 weeks I've been calling Autostrada every other day to find out where this refund is up to, only to be told it is now non refundable 1 Month later!!

I was not presented with any terms and conditions nor any verbal T&C's regarding there deposit policy.

All they care about is the money, I likely would have purchased multiple cars off them over time, but after reading some of the reviews I would stay well away!

There are no T&C's on the website and I was told by giving your card details over you are automatically entered into a binding contract?!? This contract is not binding if the customer informed.

I will be taking this further with trading standards, company's like this should not be allowed to get away with it.

I purchased a 2013 BMW i3 just over a month ago.

I have purchased a couple of cars in my life and was prepared for some pressure selling. I recieved none. Not even a tiny bit.

I went to view the car twice and the staff were incredible. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and polite. I wanted to do some checks on the battery so they left me alone for the best part of an hour looking at the car.

A couple of weeks ago I did have an issue with the car. They arranged for it to be picked up within 24 hours and took it straight to a specialist. Got the car back in a week. No charge.

My partner will be needing a new car in the next few months and we will be going to these guys first. I cant rate them highly enough. It's nice to know that if something does go wrong they will be all over it. I knew exactly where I stood at all times.

I personally do not believe these 5 star reviews, especially posted a very short time after I gave this company a true 1 Star and honest review that it deserved.

As an update, I finally got back my deposit but they failed to go into a formal complaint with me.

However those who risk trading with these type of companies, check your rights with the Ombusman, it may suprise you of your rights when dealing with an independant garage selling cars.

Absolutely brilliant sales an customer service throughout the whole process of buying my vehicle would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car !!

Great service and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I must admit i wrote this review due to noticing the negative review given. Im slightly confused on it. The garage is great the showroom has some awesome cars and the staff are A1 without doubt. Far better than main dealers i have dealt with over the years. I for one wouldn't use anyone else. Keep up the good work guys.

Was looking for a very particular car with a certain specification, called up to Enquiry but they didn’t have nothing similar to what I was after but being the nearest sports and performance dealership I gave them a call to see if they had anything due in. Spoke to the sales chap Barry and he was brilliant took all my details along with a criteria and within a matter of days he called me to let me know they had something special due in, I went in to see the vehicle and with the excellent finance rates and the amazing deal he built for me, the deal was done there and then. Top dealership I would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased our BMW X5 from these guys and we were really surprised after visiting lots of garages around Bristol how welcome we felt and the no pressure attitude they gave to us,
The car was really well presented and fully serviced and they did a few extras for us to help the deal! Would highly recommend 5 stars.

I don’t often do reviews but as the whole team at autostrada Were exceptional in not only finding the perfect RS4 but doing all the small mods I wanted doing !
I definitely recommend them.

Purchased an Audi. From autostrada back July 2019, dealt with Barry and Steve. Both nice people. Who were not too pushy with the sales. I got a very competitive loan rate from them. The car was presented in a superb condition as described on the website. A1 service allround.

Purchased a BMW M135 and Golf GRD from Autostrada over the last few years and I couldn’t be happier with the cars and the team at the garage.
