Very useful service
Very useful service, there was a list of 8 care homes within my area.
Some of those listed contacted me and others I contacted myself .
It only took a week to get my mum a place.

Very Reassured
I was pleased with the response l received from Autumna. I was contacted by several institutions very quickly. In the end we decided against respite care and thought we would manage as a family, but we were reassured by the responses.

Amazing service
I turned to them when I needed help in locating help with finding a care home for my mother.
Within 24 hours, I started receiving calls from excellent care homes in the area, and within a week found the best place for mum.
They do all the searching for you and ask the homes to contact you, you don't have to anything apart from take calls.
Highly recommended, it's a real help at a difficult time.

Avoid
Very helpful and keen for you to sign up. But no leads which is what they promised. Care providers need to stop signing to referral sites. They are not impartial, lack industry knowledge and don't work. I agree, they are a scam.

A very useful helping hand
At a somewhat traumatic time and trying to operate at some distance, (440 miles from mother), Autumna gave, prompt, useful and accurate information and were always on hand to help.

Excellent for urgent care sourcing
I needed urgent care for my sister and Autumna provided me with several options immediately and the company I chose had a carer coming out within 48 hours. She is also very good which is a real bonus

Be specific in your needs, or the needs of your loved ones
Having gotten lost in the Social Services beauracracy, while looking for a suitable care home for my Mum, I was so happy to have options sent to me with "vacancies available". This cut out a lot of red tape and saved traipsing my poor Mum around only to be told " there's a waiting list". Saved me time, and had a reply from a lovely care home the family were happy with especially my Mum .
