The product is as expected however paying for delivery and then not having the item delivered and having to go pick it up isn’t acceptable.

As part of DPD’s process, if no one is available to accept the parcel, they may automatically redirect it to the nearest Pickup Shop to ensure a safe and secure delivery. This is intended to prevent delays and avoid leaving parcels unattended.
We understand this may not have been ideal and truly apologise for the frustration it caused.

It’s very good sunglasses for my kids
It’s very good sunglasses for my kids. I bought one pair last 3 years for my older son. This is second one for younger daughter. Lightweight but feel sturdy. We have it with the strap which is keeping it from falling out. Very happy to see their eyes having full sun protection. Definitely recommended.

The best toddler sunnies
This is our second pair as we lost the first pair and I didn’t hesitate to buy an identical pair as a replacement. They seem unbreakable and my little girl has certainly had a good try and testing them! We’ve had cheaper glasses that don’t last 2 minutes. These are well worth the money and I will buy them again and again (although hopefully not again too soon!) They look really cool and she loves wearing them

Additionally the day after I received the order you sent me, an offer giving free delivery.
