Terrible online ordering experience
Ordered the wrong size by accident, I emailed straight away. When I eventually got a response, they said there was nothing they could do. It's a pain the backside to have to go through the returns and re-order process

The glasses are really small in size
The glasses are really small in size. Not sure even the 6+ size would fit on. 4 year-old. Will try the biggest size. Plus, you do not have a login button on your website on mobile.

Fantastic childrens sunglasses!
Great range of high quality approved childrens sunglasses in a range of colours.
Easy to order and fast delivery. Well packaged and a guarantee of replacement if broken within the first twelve months. What’s not to like ! More expensive than cheaper sunglasses I’ve seen on the internet but these are approved for safe use to protect childrens eyes. My 3 year old twin grandchildren were over the moon with their birthday gift!

Nice looking, but annoying customer experience and ordinary quality
The product looks good, although the weight and appearance of the plastic frames does not feel as sturdy as i expected for the price. I originally ordered size 3-5 years for two 4 year old girls. These were too small so had to be reutruned. Annoyingly, you cannot exchange items, so I had tor return the items and what for a refund before I could order again. The website says if you are unsure about size to order two pairs and return whichever doesn't fit. But that policy is a bit insensitive to how expensive it is to be a parent and to the fact these are fairly premium. Anyway I then ordered two turquoise pairs in the larger size with standard lenses. When they arrived, the labelling on the boxes was correct but one of the pairs was the wrong colour. So they look good and have good UV protection, but the whole experience has been a bit annoying so I probably won't rush to use them again.

Great sunnies, register them!
Great sunglasses, fit my baby boy very well. One of the key reasons I bought them was the replacement guarantee. If you buy make sure to register your pair right after purchase as that’s a condition of the guarantee.
