Replacement locks
Contacted Babygo as one of our locks became damaged. Lucy Flynn from Customer Support Team was really helpful sorting out my query promptly.
Good quality locks that have stopped my Grandson getting in my cupboards!

I ordered the air mesh carrier which I absolutely love because my baby hates not being attached to me 100% of the time, so it has made my life so much easier! I had one from a different company for my first daughter and it was so complicated to use but as soon as I got this one out the box it was more or less ready to go, just a few adjustments and it looks and feels nice too! I also ordered the post partum belt to help after having an emergency c section but on contacting the company and checking tracking seems it's probably got lost in the mail. I contacted them by email and spoke to a lady called Lucy who has been such a help and sent me another one out straight away! She was so polite and I can't wait to use my belt also...Thank you so much to Lucy for sorting this out for me and I will definitely be using the company Babygo again!

Definitely size up
although I would say the items definitely come up small, the customer service is great and babygo reached out to me to rectify the issue and offered me a refund outside of their usual policies.

Wasn't satisfied with the customer experience. Paid for express delivery, didn't happen. Tried to amend order within 2-3 seconds of placing it. No chance, contacted cust servs, hopeless and not interested. Please avoid, first time buyer, last time buying!! AVOID

Having reviewed your order, it was placed after our warehouse closing time, so it was processed and dispatched on the next working day in line with our express delivery policy. We can also confirm that the parcel was delivered within the advertised delivery timeframe.
We understand your frustration regarding wanting to amend your order shortly after placing it. As the order was placed outside of our opening hours, our customer service team was unable to review or amend the order before it entered processing. We apologise for any disappointment this caused and appreciate your understanding.

Outstanding customer service (and products)
On a products front, the material is definitely high on my list of ‘nicest feeling clothes I’ve ever owned’. I had a bit of difficulty sorting my size, as it differed between two styles of bra, and the customer support team (specifically Lucy, who is a true gem) reached out to help with the fit. I couldn’t imagine a more thoughtful or supportive experience, and I genuinely would recommend them to everyone in need of high quality maternity (and beyond) wear! At the very least, in my experience, you will be treated very kindly in the process, which I can’t say of many brands when shopping maternity!

Magnet locks
Multiple of the magnet locks were faulty and we had to bin them. However babygo customer services got back to me when they found out and sent me a replacement pack free of charge due to the pack received being faulty. Great and fast customer service! Would purchase from them again in the future. The locks are great and stop children from getting into the cupboards. Really easy to install.

Still chasing for refund
Still chasing for refund, poor internal comms, poor customer service, inconsistent sizing.
I was v happy with my first purchase, bought same size in different style and markedly different fitting. Contacted (04/04) and asked for them to cover return shipping given this inconsistency (which took some chasing), posted package back (21/04) and have been chasing them for refund since. It seems they don’t have good internal comms with their warehouse, didn’t provide adequate info about the returns process and postage tracking and require chasing for a very slow response, still yet to receive info about what has happened to the returned goods and where my refund is… so disappointed
