Love this company!
Well-made products! I love the materials, they feel so soft. Ordered our baby several sleepsuits and sleeping bags from here and we will keep coming back for more as he grows and changes sizes. The first night we had both on him, he sleep through the night haha! He was so comfortable. Love this company. Everything was packaged with care and arrive promptly.

Order arrived on time and products were good quality.
Not particularly keen on having to pay to return items but do appreciate companies need to cover their costs. There could have been better sizing information provided given this cost is in place and with a changing body it’s hard to always get the size right.

The use Evri for delivery
They used Evri for delivery who are notorious for being awful at delivering items. They failed to find our address despite it being a regular numbered terrace between, didn’t bother to check again and returned it to sender. Never received the product.

Sellers responded and redelivered the product to me using a different courier, so will update review!

Excellent window restrictor
Found these window restrictors whilst browsing. Seemed ideal for our two indoor cats, and proved to be so. Was concerned that our windows were recessed from the window frame so perhaps might not work well, but worry unfounded. Absolutely fantastic product - easy to apply within seconds, sturdy, easy to use and release for closure. Wish they'd had these around 30y ago when my two were tinies!

Great customer service and product
Bought the magnetic cupboard locks. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had 1 defective piece and spoke to customer support and they sent me a brand new pack. Lucy was super helpful and got them sent out to me straight away and managed to secure my kitchen from the cupboard goblins.

Part of order never delivered.
I placed an order on 30th April. Part of my order was delivered promptly but part of my order is missing. When I contacted them about it I got a very curt email back saying it’s been dispatched but no tracking details or estimate for delivery. I have contacted twice since and not had a response. You don’t really want to spend your time chasing when you are about to have a baby, customer service is poor.

Do not buy from here. Really disappointed with some of their products and you can’t return things even with a return prepayment. Brought a postpartum belt which i couldn’t return!
The breast pump also does not work! £50 wasted.
