LONG DELIVERY TIME
DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want to get your order right away. We ordered a Silvercross pram + car seat from the baby and toddler show at the end of March. We now have long email threads giving rough times which keeps getting extended and apologising for miscommunication from various colleagues. We still don't have our order almost 7 weeks later. And by the time they give us a delivery form, we don't know if this will take another few days or another week. Est. delivery date from the time of order is 3-6 weeks. We're now 7 weeks in. At this rate, it could be 8 weeks and my baby might beat the arrival. This is really frustrating and stressful.

Purchased a Maxi- Cosi carrycot/pram/car seat bundle for my son and his girlfriend at the Excel baby show in March 2026. The product was due to be launched in stores from mid April, with delivery early May.
The delivery didn’t happen, no communication from either Baby planet or Maxi Cosi , and when contacted they were unable to provide any information, other than it’s out of stock. How can that possibly be when the items have been paid for in full- prior to the new model product even being launched?
Appalling communication and customer services.
The baby is due in a couple of weeks and the stress placed upon my son and his girlfriend to find alternatives is immense.
My advice is spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered at baby show told 6-8 weeks wait time so went ahead with order as this was still 6 weeks before due date, no update 8 weeks later only to be chasing them for a week to be told actually might not have stock till end of may, and the reason they took so long to answer because they were at baby shows selling more stock of items they don’t have! Useless do not buy from them
Avoid Ordering at the Baby Show – Poor Communication and Long Delays
Ordered a SnuzPod from Baby Planet at the Excel Baby Show in March and we are now in May with still no item, no clear update and no communication about delays. I was never informed there would be such a long wait and my emails chasing this have gone unanswered.
My baby is due next month and this is an essential item — something like this should not be taking over 8 weeks without proper updates or customer service. Really disappointed with the experience and lack of communication throughout.

As soon as we walked in, all staff were very helpful in answering questions and demonstrating all the prams, Aysha was amazing and helped with all of our enquiries, amazing sales and a great place to shop for your little one, highly recommend!

Shocking service. Absolute scam.
We bought a pram and car seat from the baby show and were told it would be able to be delivered after 3 weeks.
It’s now week 9 and our baby could come at any minute and they keep telling us that the delivery will be arranged within a week.
We spent 1300 pounds and the customer service has been shocking. I asked to speak to someone to lodge a complaint and I was told I was lucky they had even responded to my email.
Swerve this company like the plague. They take advantage of soon to be parents and don’t follow through with their promises.

Items showing in stock or with a specific lead time but not sent out and no communication from them.
Facebook reviews are appalling and all say similar.
AVOID this company at all costs. They should not be in business whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. Order has not been dispatched for 4 weeks
I made the mistake of attempting to order the snuzpod studio travel bag on the 18th March. The order has still not been dispatched.
The customer service is abysmal. They have ignored my request for either the shipping fee to be refunded or for the order to be cancelled.
Don’t bother ordering from here.
Never shipped items
Ordered 3 items at the beginning of March, all of which stated 7-10 days delivery. After radio silence for 11 days I finally received an email saying one of the items is now expected in April but didn’t tell me specifically which item. Once they got back to me about which item it was I asked for a refund and to ship the other 2. This took 5 days for them to confirm, then another 3-5 days for refund to appear on my account. After another 12 days of silence the remaining 2 items still hadn’t been shipped, so have had to ask for a refund on those too.
Very disappointed in their lack of customer service particularly after having used them before with no issues, won’t be using them again!
Extremely helpful and attentive staff
Extremely helpful and attentive staff, was able to explain differences in different items and special features. Felt that the whole process was tailored to our family and what we were after. Special thanks to Sal who made both us and our little boy feel at ease and welcome through the process.
