Really poor service. Delivery was delayed, told us it will be delivered on a specific date, had to call as no updates on delivery given. They then informed us it will be delivered next week. Unprofessional company would never use again

I just want to preface this by saying we have previously had wonderful experiences with this company, hence using them again. However, really saddened that this experience has just not been the same.

Order was placed 16 days ago; I have had no communication regarding my order - whether it be from BabyPlanet themselves or any tracking information etc., other than one of my emails that had been replied to telling me that my order would be here by the end of last week - it did not turn up. I have since emailed/called/messaged on Instagram, on more than one occasion, and have had no reply.

Previous orders included a pram and nursery furniture set and I could not fault the service - this one was merely a range of moses basket bedding and a play mat so you'd think delivery would be more simple - however, baby's arrival is imminent and I'm still awaiting my items over 2 weeks later, with shoddy customer service and quite frankly, awful communication. Such a shame!

We ordered a car seat online as the lead time promised a delivery in 2-3 day maximum, lone behold the car seat turned up nearly 8 days later leaving us in a situation where we were unable to safely transport our baby. After numerous phone calls and emails no one was really able to help and provided excuse after excuse. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this happen either we ordered a travel system from the baby show and again promised lead times weren’t met meaning we nearly didn’t have a pram for our newborn. Don’t believe all the 5 star reviews a lot of them are fake. If you want a real idea of the company look at the negative ones this will give you an idea of who you’re buying from.

Terrible service.
Ordered a little green sheep moses basket a month before baby is due with delivery stated as 7-10 days. Then when asked why status of order hadn't changed after 10 days I get told that the manufacturer has told them its unavailable. Funny the manufacturer has just dispatched the same one with next day delivery but at £20 more. I'd advise everyone to avoid as who needs the added anxiety when trying to prepare for the babies arrival.

Roul shared his good knowledge of the products and helped us compare our shortlisted choices. He made our selection much easier, a wonderful polite gentleman.

I placed an order for a Cybex seat on 26/01/2026 and weeks later I am still waiting with no clear delivery date.

Tracking shows the item stuck at a depot, yet no one at Baby Planet can explain where the order actually is or when it will arrive. Every response from customer service simply asks me to wait another 24 hours instead of providing a real update or solution.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to find out where their order is.

Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering from here.

Sarah attended to us at the Leicester branch. She was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice and information as we were shopping for twin items. Would highly recommend taking a trip down to baby planet!
