Emma was great, with so much choice at the baby show today with prams to pick from. My sister has a back problem due to having a broken back 20 years ago. EMMA helped my sister pick the right pram, right car seat. She didn't rush her, she took her time explained everything, answered all her questions. All while being polite and very helpful. Sarah in the show has made a great and quick example of how to use the pram and showed us within 30 seconds how the pram can be folded and tucked away

Annette on the Cybex stand was amazing. Explained everything and demonstrated how to use all the different products. We ended up buying a full pram system for twins. The offer on the day was also good, saving approx 15% off the usual price.

Outstanding customer service. From placing an order for a travel system to receiving it. The team at baby planet initiated contact with me as there was an issue with a discontinued pram model.They resolved the problem and regularly updated me via email. I love my new travel system and I can't thank you enough. Highly recommended, will use this company again.

Ordered a car seat advertised as 7-10 day delivery. Not received over a month later and now chasing for a refund. Unable to get through on phone just rings out and no email response - avoid this company at all costs. Terrible.

Horrendous experience. We ordered a travel system at a baby show. Unfortunately complications during pregnancy meant we needed to move delivery of the travel system forward. BabyPlanet claim DPD lost one of the four parcels. I accept this happens. What I don't accept is being told the missing parcel would be with us in 3-4 days and actually takes 2 weeks and customer care telling us we can use the car seat without the base. Had we followed this incorrect advice we would not only be breaking the law but there could have been catastrophic consequences. This held up our discharge from hospital and unnecessary stress. Avoid BabyPlanet and support local independent retailers!!

Ordered an item via a baby show but missed the 7-day grace period (by 2 days) for a refund so ended up with a credit note. Tried to order some items, and after 6weeks of chasing I still hadn’t received the items, all I got was “We are chasing the order with the Supplier”. I could have gone straight to Amazon to have the items delivered next day…

My whole experience with Baby Planet has been really good and smooth.
Yasin always replied promptly either via email or on the phone any queries I had throughout the purchase.

The product was delivered on time.
We are extremely happy with the Mamas & Papas Ocarro bundle. Very good quality at a very good price.

Really disappointing experience. I was initially told having called after 2 weeks that my item would be dispatched the next day and that I would receive shipping details, only to be informed days later that all three items were no longer available. The lack of clear communication and the delay in updating me was frustrating, especially given the urgency of my situation.

There was no updates provided during the two weeks after purchase on the status and the overall process lacked transparency through the my account section. While I have now requested a refund, the experience has left me feeling let down. I hope the company improves its communication and manages customer expectations better in future.

Poor service.

Ordered a wardrobe in December 2025 but only part of the order arrived in in January 2026. That was 4 weeks ago. 8 calls to Baby Planet later, I am still awaiting the rest of the wardrobe; I can't build it or sell it so I am somewhat stuck.

Last week I was told the delivery would be 13th February. I call up today to check and the Spare Parts team tell me that I was given false information by Chenai in the sales team. Ultimately it seems like the teams aren't joined up.

Would recommend avoiding this company.

Absolutely excellent customer service!

I was really impressed by BabyPlanet at the Baby Show in Kensington Olympia. Their sales staff were very informative and didn't push anything onto you. As a result we ended up buying the Cosatto Wow 3 everything bundle with a few added extras (the heated mitts are a must).

They use DPD as a delivery service which is always a bit hit and miss. On our delivery date only 5 of 7 packages turned up. I called and the customer service team checked on the order and gave reassurance and updated timelines for the outstanding items. At 8 months pregnant this was incredibly helpful for my stress levels!

We had a small part missing from our changing bag. I didn't hold out much hope for getting these. However, the customer service team were exceptional - speedy responses, a few quick questions to clarify the specific item missing and ensure it was the right product for the replacement part and a seamless reorder from Cosatto straight to my door. The customer service team handled everything and updated over email.

Took my order a month to arrive despite the website saying it was in stock, after hounding all customer services and asking for a refund, they claimed it had been shipped when it definitely hadn't. Then when order finally did arrive it was missing an item. Miraculously was sent out a few days later after I requested a refund for the missing item.
Would not recommend, especially if you need the items soon.

If I could rate this company a zero i would.

Lead time for my order was longer than stated on their website, requested order to be cancelled and a refund to be provided.

Cant ever get hold of anyone over the phone and emails are not responded to.

Do not order from this company. Still waiting for a refund to be processed over 11 days after the request and 24 days since order has been placed.
