Sold corner shower by miss information The shower needed was 32x32 sold was 34x34 with miss information on how to install it.That shower cannot fit by any means.Salesman-contractor will not return call.

absolute garbage products and service
absolute garbage products and service. i am a contractor. installed one of their shower towers 5 months ago. client called had water in lower bathroom ceiling. discovered the manufacture fitting on back of unit failed. been 2 weeks trying to get another one shipped asap but they are to concerned waiting for there legal department to ship one out. garbage STAY AWAY

Greatest Gratitudes
Our Sales Assistant Ross Smillie was not only patient with us, but incredibly helpful. He was a great resource for bouncing ideas off of and making our first home purchases as seamless as possible. We felt excellent after closing our deal with Ross and look forward to installing our bath depot fixtures into our new bathroom in our new home. Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Purchased several items, including an alcove bathtub and 2 toilets. The toilets were delivered in poor condition (cracked tank and chips). When we informed the store (Richmond Hill location) we were told that it would take 10-14 business days to have 2 replacement toilets delivered. This would have pushed renovation on our 3rd bathroom back 3 weeks. Other option would be to pick up the toilets ourselves from another store. We were informed that no staff would be available to help my wife offload the damaged toilets and load the new ones into her car. This required me to have to take off work and lose pay to help. When we picked up the new toilets we asked to have them inspected first to make sure they weren’t damaged. They told us to open the boxes ourselves and tape them back up ourselves. No attempt on their part to help at all.
Other purchased items were picked up for the Richmond Hill store prior to the start of our renovations on our first 2 bathrooms which included an alcove tub and matte black drain. We were given a chrome drain (not what we purchased). We accept some responsibility for not checking that the drain was matte black, but the store never checked to make sure they were giving us what we ordered. They took no responsibility for the error and refused to have the correct drain couriered to us. Apparently a $30 courtier charge to fix a mistake they made and provide customer satisfaction is too much for them to handle. Our overall experience with Bath Depot was atrocious. I’ll never shop there again.

I stopped by Bath Depot just to see what you had to offer, with no intention of buying, but Manager Nabeel completely changed my experience. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and never pressured me at any point. His professionalism, knowledge, and creative ideas gave me the confidence to move forward with my project. J’ai acheter une toiletté intelligente, elle ne fonctionne pas après installation d’un plombier , bonne chance pour se prévaloir de la fameuse garantie de 5 ans , il demande preuve d’installation, vidéo du fonctionnement,vidéo de l’installation, il font tout pour pas remplacer leur produit , j’ai dû aller au petite créance pour avoir gain de cause après 1 ans de procédure. Bain à dépôt est le magasin de 1 dollars d’article de salle de bain , mieux de payer plus cher ailleurs et avoir un meilleur produit avec une vrai garantie.

Burloak Location is the Best
I have been buying from the Burloak location for more than a decade. Their customer service is exemplary. If you are in Oakville, make sure you go to the Burloak location and ask for Vikram. He will make sure you get what you need.
