We were given the Sleepout Blackout curtains as a gift a couple months after our first daughter was born and they were a complete game-changer. Her room became complete darkness during the day and her naps immediately got longer. Additionally, anytime I contacted their support they were responsive, polite, and solved my problem right away. Highly recommend.

They simply don't work. They make a mess of your paint and the drywall, which you will then need to pay to get fixed. Plus there is stitching all along the outline which allows light in, ironic since that is their main plug, that they completely black out the light.

Well it started with a comedy of errors on my part. I ordered from SLEEPOUT darkness curtains product. When I received delivery I received Ivory PJs
Emailed SLEEPOUT immediately which was answered w/ AI. Very cool, quick response quick to tell me “ getting a human to respond. An hr or so got an assistant that fast.
Well it turned out I was questioning the wrong company. In other words “ they don’t sell PJs. 😂
But these curtains are so nice. Not heavy, no smell, no rubber. I’m gonna sleep like it’s 1999 I’m a happy camper. 🙋‍♀️

Their product didn't work the way I hoped, so I left a 2-star review on their website. Sleepout reps immediately contacted me and asked how they could make it right. They were patient, considerate, and helpful. I appreciated how they were willing to work with a frustrated customer and gave me a satisfying partial refund.

We received the order and installed the blinds and immediately were excited as the room was dark as advertised. The team at sleepout was always on top of the process from ordering the product to it arriving on our doorstep and a follow up to make sure we were happy. The process they have for following up is one of the best that I have encountered. Shoutout to the entire team at Sleepout.
