Lovely tiles and a great selection to choose from x

Beautiful tiles delivered quickly. Most of the packaging was sustainable.

Super helpful on the phone - happy to answer queries. A lovely product and great service

The sales team was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered great advice, and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. The follow-up support was just as impressive — quick replies, professional attitude, and genuine care for customer satisfaction.

Great customer service, delivery and product. Stunning tiles lovely quality. Delivery driver was great and I can't fault the overall service.

I worked with Steph on the tile scheme for our bathroom and she was amazing. I knew what I liked, but I had no idea what would work so her insight was incredibly helpful. The tiles are beautiful and the end result is perfection. Thanks so much.

Always fabulous knowledge of products and a real desire to help the customer

We were struggling to make a decision on tiles, so we really appreciated the personal input from Baked Tiles. The tiles we selected were delivered quickly and we can't wait to see them installed.

Excellent choice of products, knowledgeable and helpful staff, easy ordering process. Delighted to have found this company yo complete my project

Great tiles - thanks

I ordered samples from baked tiles after talking to one of the interior designers via mail. They paired me with my desired tiled, sent samples and made sure I got it. They had really great service

Lovely tiles well priced and well packed, delivered on time. Thanks

I bought some tiles for my fireplace during a recent stove installation. Baked tiles helped with the correct grout colour match which was perfect and when due to a slight miscommunication the tiles needed to arrive a day earlier than expected, they pulled out all the stops and had them to me on time.
I am over the moon with the results of the project and can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I received.
I shall definitely consider using them for my next project which is the kitchen.

Can't remember whether we wrote our review or not, but 2 reviews is better than 1 - as long as they are both 5*
This company is exceptional and a should act as an example to all tiling companies out there. From order to delivery, from instruction to customer care, it truly cares (hmm, based in Wales).
Perhaps most importantly, the product is fantastic.
Thank you.

I received my very well packaged sample tiles within a couple of days of ordering. I will be submitting my full order for my bathroom floor within the next couple of weeks. Thank you
