I had a fantastic experience with bakers and baristas recently! The service was outstanding from start to finish—quick, reliable, and very professional. A special mention goes to Orla, who is a fantastic addition to the company. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending bakers and baristas to others . Keep up the great work!

Extremely dissatisfied by the service received in your Dalton Park store. Servers refused to warm up our baby son’s food after being asked multiple times (we have never been refused this anywhere else). Our son then couldn’t have any lunch as he won’t eat it cold. They then proceeded to stare at us the remainder of our time in the venue making us feel extremely uncomfortable.

Anett is always friendly, quick and very nice. Crystal Peaks Sheffield is my favourite cappuccino. Appreciated XX.

Egla is an absolute gem at BB’s!

She’s not just friendly and welcoming — she actually cares. Always cleaning, always making sure the space looks great, and serving with genuine warmth and charm. You can feel her energy the moment you walk in. While others might be just going through the motions, Egla sets the standard. My coffee was perfect, and the whole vibe was even better thanks to her. BB’s is lucky to have her — I’ll definitely be back!

Have been in the Bexleyheath branch a few times and all good, except the last visit. On checking my receipt when I got home I had been charged £7.00 for 1 decaf cappuccino!!!! I emailed them to advise and it is now weeks later and no reply!!! I will not be going here again.

Met a friend for coffee & cake in Bexleyheath, hadn’t been here before so decided to try it, very nice place. Very clean, well presented, friendly staff, good choice of food & drinks. Will definitely be back.

Well I went in for a bake potato with chicken and sweetcorn, this was my very first time in bakers+Batista's and I must tell you all that the meal I had was very good indeed so much so I intend going more often.
Speed of service ***** five stars friendly with a smile and not all squashed up
Quality of the food ***** five stars very high and nice fresh salad.
Value for money ***** five stars

Absolutely superb . I go into the Banbury branch two or three times a week at least, and the girls in there are always fantastic
Helpful, friendly , quick & efficient. They go the extra mile. Magda & Kasia were on last time & they were superb , the other girls are brilliant as well. I can’t praise the place enough. It’s always clean, the coffee is excellent and the cakes to die for

My favorite coffee place in Crystal Peaks. Love the coffee and very very friendly helpful and lovely staff. Come in as often as possible for my black americano and my wife hot chocolate

We ordered two Latte coffees (Crystal Peaks cafeteria), and they were disgusting: they were both milky watery drinks that had little, if any, taste of coffee. They call themselves baristas - what a joke! This was the third time that we had been served terrible latte coffees: we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes and you are out. I shall not be ordering any more lattes from here in future.

I ordered ham and cheese baguette,and oat vanilla latte. Nobody told me that I have to take my food and drink myself. So I sat at the table and was waiting, in about 10 min I went myself and ask , where is my food. 2 girls was there and one of them said to me Well you have to pick up your self. I ask why I wasn't notified about that. They just started to lough. Absolutely horrible feeling. In my opinion staff need to know about costumer service!

All I can say about Ennis BBs in Co. Clare is filthy. Dirty tables. Rubbish and dirt on floors. Bins absolutely disgusting and overflowing.

I went to the Canterbury branch to buy some cakes for a family member who is in hospital. I paid £12 for a box of 4 cakes. The price seemed reasonable for 4 big cupcakes which looked of good quality and beautifully decorated.
Once I had cut into them, the cakes were almost raw on the inside. They were stodgy and lacked any sense of flavour.
They were absolutely awful and thoroughly disappointing. We did not eat any of them.
I will not be buying from Bakers and Barristas again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN BBS JETLAND. A sign out infront of the coffee shop caught my eye. On it said ANY freshly baked muffin and medium drink for €6.45. We proceeded to the till and requested two sticky toffee buns with two S’mores hot chocolates. The cost was meant to be €12.90 but we were then told that it was 19 quid by the cashier. I asked politely what about the deal and she called over an older RUDER colleague who said that we had to buy it since it was already typed into the till. Disappointed we had to change our order to regular hot chocolates. No way was I going to pay more than expected,this lady was treating us as if it was our fault the younger inexperienced cashier typed in the wrong thing. We eventually got our food at the proper price but the emotional damage was done.

Went yesterday afternoon to bakers&baristas with my friend we had a lovely afternoon, the service was amazing, great atmosphere and the food was fantastic.

I went to the Maidstone branch for lunch with my boys and we were seated at a dirty table, still cluttered with used plates, trays, cups, crumbs and spills from the previous customers. I requested that the table be cleaned before we sat down. The Asian man attending to us asked us to sit and said he would send someone over to clean it. We cooperated and sat down, even cleaning the chairs ourselves since they were also covered in food crumbs.

The next thing we knew, this man was passing our food plates to us from his till through the barriers. I reminded him that the table hadn’t been cleaned and there was no space for our food because of the leftover items. He started yelling at me and insisted I take the food from him. I refused, saying there was no way I would eat at a dirty table. He yelled again, took the food back and sent a young lady to clear the table. However, she only removed the plates and cups but didn’t clean the crumbs and spills. They also didn’t say anything about our food.

After a while, a mature lady who seemed to be the manager came around, saw our messy table, apologized, cleaned it and brought us our food.

I can’t stop wondering why the Asian man treated us that way. I keep asking myself if it was because we were a black family. The treatment we received was appalling and made me feel terrible for my kids. It was truly a heart-wrenching experience for us today

Worst customer service experience ever.
I visited the Metrocenter branch 4 times now and every time I can see the same level of mess around the staff service area. The staff aggressive all time, it doesn’t matter what time what day you go. Never welcoming or smiling. My last visited was today. I ordered Iced Mocha and i got iced coffee with no chocolate flavour at all. When i told the batista she was arguing with me insisting that it's the right drink. I never heard any apologies and she was so annoyed that she had to remake it again. I think the staff needs to understand how to treat customers with respect.
