I always have coffee in Stratford International.Convenient location,excellent coffee & staff are wonderful.Milly & Ayéday are a superb team..customer service is over & above expected.Try it when at Stratford.

Went to the one in Banbury. I had tea and a bacon sandwich. My wife had a flat white with some shortbread.
The following day I was really ill.
I wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the place, and certainly won’t be heading there again!

Visited today and had to wait for the code at the bottom of the till receipt to use the toilet. The key pad was low down and difficult to see in order to key in 5 digits. This was most inconvenient and I consider not customer friendly. I understand that it is difficult to limit the use of the facility to customers only but there must be an easier way.

I've been to Bexleyheath and all the tables outside were dirty and we had to wait a very long time for our coffee and was quiet and nobody in front of us.

Only wanted a couple of coffees. There wasn’t enough staff as we were waiting 10-15 mins in the queue and tables weren’t being cleared. The one star is for the staff member who was kind and apologetic and refunded us because the coffee was so weak we couldn’t have made out what it was if our eyes were closed and didn’t want to drink it.

Flat white? Er no, instead we got milky coffee with a hint of froth. Nice crisp well baked pastries? Sorry again no, soggy underbaked and rather nasty. Definitely not visiting the Chantry Place Norwich Bakers and Baristas again!

Staff so rude! Will not be returning over this very poor customer service. Should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers and speak to the public.

Went to the branch at the metro centre today. My husband had a very mean sausage sandwich. One and a half sausages in what otherwise would’ve been very good. The cheese scone I had is difficult to describe. It was not a scone. Very greasy and stodgy. Don’t think we’ll go back even though the milk shakes were very nice.

Friendly, accomodating and proffesional staff.

Clean and airy seating areas, with everything you need.

Only down side was the use of paper cups.

But coffee pleasant with lovely, fresh Muffins.

My daughter and I took my very elderly mother to the branch in Livingston Designer Outlet yesterday. It was very dirty, I had to wait for a staff member to come to the counter (though it was not busy, well past lunchtime), and only after I'd paid did she tell me that they had no crockery and our drinks would have to be served in takeaway cups. A 95 year old doesn't want a huge paper cup of hot water with a teabag floating in it when the menu says 'a pot of tea'.

There were clean cups and saucers sitting on the counter and in one of the open cupboards, so they clearly simply could not be bothered to use them (and then have to wash them up.)

There were no teaspoons, only forks - though when I asked, teaspoons were grudgingly produced. There was nowhere to put the used teabags except on the table.

The whole place felt very dirty and also as though the staff were about to close for the night, although we noticed that the café was in fact supposed to be open till 6pm and it was by then no later than 4.

We'll go to Costa or Caffe Nero next time. Very disappointing and also quite expensive for what it was.

I've filled in the 'contact us' form on the company's website but from what other people have said in their comments, I'll not hold my breath for a response.

Meadowhall store near the food centre. Never again. Called in today on the 25th and we won’t be going back.

Lady on the till had a disgusting tone in her voice with us.

Traumatised by my visit to Dalton park by the experience in bakers and baristas. The teapots were filthy, the cups, cutlery was dirty, the tables, floors were disgustingly dirty. The trays were grubby, and not forgetting the food 🤢 it was inedible. Never ever will I cross the threshold again, still having flashbacks ten day later

Very bad customer service at Brent Cross shopping centre! They do not really care about customer requests! I asked for skimmed milk in my coffee and the lady just used the full fat one what was just sitting on the counter for l a while as it had a weird after taste. Avoid them if you don’t want to get food poisoning or if you have any allergies! They clearly don’t care

This Thursday morning, 29 June 23 we visited the Meadowhall Bakers & Baristas located in the middle of the shopping mall (not the one at the far end of the mall); just wanted to try them. So, it was our first time here. We were terribly shocked: the lady at the counter was not pleasant at all, no welcome, hardly wishing to talk to us...we are customers-people, you know, not objects. She had to make our two flat white, and put the hot sandwich in the oven but it seems a painful experience for her to serve us. In fact, when my husband collected the tray with the cups and the food he was ignored completely by this lady who did not look at him once. It could be that she has troubles at home or feels sad or what? To be fair the flat white tasted very nice, was hot, but also very expensive. The sandwich was ok, and also very expensive. A bad experience for us; one we won't repeat. Despite remaining polite we were treated with complete disregard: this is NOT RIGHT. Do something about it Bakers & Baristas. There is so much competition in this world of coffee shop; surely, you would want to shine ??
Update: was asked by the company itself to write an email to their customercare@bakersbaristas. com address, which I did on the 30 june; still no answer today the 6th of july and am not expecting them to follow up in anyway now. Obviously, not interested to care for us. No customer care in coffee shops, NOR at head office.

After a mix up with a card transaction last week the manager quickly resolved it today and she gave us complimentary drinks and an apology - excellent service and made up for the inconvenience 😊

Went first thing to Livingston shop and place was disgusting. Floors were filthy and covered in food, tables were dirty. Spoke to temporary manager who explained staff had not cleaned up night before and was very apologetic. Had my breakfast. Walked out after not finishing couldn’t sit in the place as was so unclean. Emailed head office and received auto response saying will respond in 7 days. Never heard a thing, not unexpected pretty much sums them up. Will not be going back!!

I always visit bbs Grimsby because of the friendly and professional staff! They always treat you as part of the family! Nothing is too much for them especially Katie! I have visited since 2015 when it opened and Carol and her team are Awesome!!!
