Such a great service. We ended up buying a sim from a different provider at the airport and these guys still went out of there way to help us regardless. They told us about bonus data we were entitled to that the airport provider did not andrhey even arranged to help us claim the bonus data free. All we did was send them our number and they activated the free bonus data for us that the airport didn't even tell us about.

The communication with bali sim was all via whatsap and so easy.

They're customer service is fabulous and will definitely use them next time for any sim card / data needs.

I usually don't provide feedback for positive experience however the service was too pleasant for me. I ordered a sim 24 hours before I landed in Bali at 2am. Reached out via WhatsApp and they told me it will be delivered by 9am. They sent the sim at 8.55am and activated it within 10 minutes. Highly recommend the 5 star service.
