Beautiful green amber earrings and pendant.

I bought a beautiful amber ring to wear occasionally. The stone feel out and as My ring is still within the warranty period I have tried all ways to make contact with Baltic beauty, the customer service is non existant, no phone number email, the live chat does not respond, even though they give seemingly links to message, the links take you nowhere. The information to contact them doesnt exist on the website. you talk about warranty and repairs, so frustrated no way of contacting them. I loved this ring and was after a repair. Absolutely gutted.

The jewellery is beautiful, at a not unreasonable price, but horribly over-packaged. Boxes and bags and tissue paper. Just too much in a time of climate crisis. The company needs to make two offers - a lot of packaging (as it currently has) if you think it's important for a gift (though a bit less would be good), and way way less for when it's just for yourself.

Ordered two bracelets, two sets of earrings and a set of cufflinks. All beautiful but all gems smaller than expected.

The necklace is wonderful! I need a bracelet in this style, but could not find in an offer. The package was fast and arrived safely. Strongly recommend and am going to buy something in a future ☺️

I was a bit sceptical at first so I only ordered 1 item as you do! Well I ordered my mum an adjustable Amber ring & it came superbly presented in a very posh box & in a lovely bag inside with a certificate & a cleaning cloth, it was her birthday & she loved the ring & it's a little tough to adjust but not hard for me she chose the finger she wanted it on & it was perfect, a pleasure & easy to order online & arrived very quick even though it was free postage, if you like me are doing your first order don't worry its as safe as can be the jewellery is very well made to a high standard & lovely packaging & email updates as well what more could you want.
