Very good online learning experience. Great team of trainers

The Barefoot Coaching Course is led and delivered by experienced and practising coaches and this makes all the difference. The modules are very well covered and explained from a practitioner point of view. Great support throughout the course, but be prepared to put in the hours to get the full experience.

Had a great experience with Barefoot. All the teachers were lovely and down to earth (Special mention to both Linda and Annie). They catered the course to the needs of the participants and consider it 15 people, that is no easy feat. You will grow while doing this and I am forever grateful to have done this.

The most valuable and impactful course that I could have done. Both for me personally and for my work. Our group was superb - as were the tutors who were teaching and guiding us. Thank you.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to professional coaching

We use Barefoot's picture cards as a warm-up for groupwork. I do a lot of work with people dealing with loss and change. The cards help us to meet people where they are, with a gentle start to the conversation, or enabling people to express some difficult feelings and emotions. Love them!

Despite having 20 plus years of coaching experience and being a Fellow of the C.I.P.D I felt the need to undertake rigorous professional training before embarking on setting up a business coaching . Much research and recommendation led me to Barefoot . The calibre of the training and support team is certainly gold standards and I am very proud to have taken this journey with them and other committed professional colleagues on my cohort .

I trained with Barefoot in 2018 because of the balance between experiential and academic content that I considered the most credible offering in the market for me. What I got was so much more. Barefoot’s coach training programme is truly a transformative experience - I not only learned about coaching, but also learned much more about myself and met incredibly supported and talented people (tutors and cohort). I did my training from January to June 2020, and it has been truly life changing in the best way! Incredible learning and excellent trainers (shout out to Linda and Sorrel, but also Ted, Andy, Pete, Kim and Jo!) I've since completed my Postgraduate certificate in Personal and Business Coaching, become ACC credentialed and am looking to renew. Barefoot's training is well worth the investment many times over not only for the spread and depth of theory and schools of thought but also for the people I've met - I am still in contact with my cohort four years on! If you're looking for coach training, I would highly recommend Barefoot.

Amazing amazing amazing! I completed my PG Cert in Business and life coaching and it changed my life! The course is both practical and theoretical without having to sit through endless slides. Reading is provided for before and after sessions and backs up Barefoot’s philosophy of “beware the man of one book” as it references many approaches. Lots of space for discussion and everything I learned is applicable in both the business world and life/personal coaching- many other courses don’t give you both. I loved it and would recommend again and again.

The quality and diversity of coaching trainers, coaching methodologies and approaches taught on this training was matched by the quality of the learning space created by the course and Barefoot culture and collaborative opportunities with other trainee coaches.

I really enjoyed the experience, it surpassed my learning expectations, and it has set me up as I continue my journey into coaching and self discovery.

From my first contact with the Barefoot support staff it was clear that this is a business that puts its clients at the heart on its business - a great mantra for aspiring coaches. I have 30 years experience in HR & Development and thought I knew a lot about coaching. How wrong could I be the Barefoot facilitators were excellent and as other have said the course was transformational. I did the shorter Foundation programme first and I would recommend this before making the larger investment in the full programme which I loved.

One of the best life choices I've made was training with Barefoot Coaching over a decade ago. I am still reaping the rewards from it, having completed the course, received my PG Certificate, and finished my Masters in Personal & Business Coaching.

I had the pleasure and good fortune of being trained by Kim and top-rate guest speakers, including Nancy Kline, Jamie Smart, Michael Neill, Prof Damian Hughes, and of course, Cara De Faye.

As corny as it may sound, Barefoot Coaching changed my life. Before the course, I felt like my life was going nowhere fast, and I felt very limited and stuck in a rut. I knew I had more to offer but didn't know what that was.

This was one of the most transformational learning events I have ever attended. The tutors were brilliant. They are experienced, practicing coaches who are also very skilled facilitators.
