Placed order, got confirmation of purchase but shipping notification came 6 days later.

I buy online from Bargain Chemist. I have always got my products if they have it in stock. It's so easy to shop online. The site tells you if they have it in stock straight away so there is no mucking around. Also they refund money straight away if there is any issue's. They package everything very well so nothing gets broken or leaks. I love shopping with them. Thankyou so much guys for everything you do for me. A+service.

Customer service did not keep me updated on where the order was up to.
Did not reply to my first email sent 5 days after order.
Second email was going to open enquire with my credit card company to get refund and with this statement I got a reply from your company and the goods where sent.
Very disappointed in your customer service people.
Good customer service is to reply to email with an update.

Bargain chemist has a wide range of good prices and great prices. I’m loving the deal of ashwaghanda I got. Also if you spend $100 and have AA smart fuel you get 6c off per litre at bp or gas!

Shipping took over a week and a half with no updates on any delays.

Great prices and items were packed very well and tidily, just a little slow to pack the items but courier arrived promptly. Will definitely shop again :)

Had what i ordered and once dispatched got hear within 2 days. But took 7 days for ordering to dispatching.

It was so easy and great communication for courier dates and times .

Order took a week to arrive but someone else’s package was delivered. To top it all off customer services then asked me to relabel the incorrect delivery, organise a courier and send it to another customer. It’s outside my door waiting for you guys to organise collection btw. Won’t be shopping here again.

Took a week to be notified that my items were out of stock and now it’s been another week and still no refund.

Took too long to arrive and the freight was rather a lot only coming across the city.

The order was not shipped for nearly a week

No communication as to what was happening with order, took ages to arrive, I have got way better service from Chemist Warehouse than Bargain Chemist
