Waited so long for my items. After a week with no tracking number and no communication on there part, i made contact first. I queried my order and after another day i was sent a tracking number which took 4 more days to arrive, taking it to a total of nearly 2 weeks to receive my order. 1 of the items was out of stock, so i received a refund. Very annoyed to say the least.

My experience was great because : it was 'no fuss'.
I placed the order, got confirmation the whole way through and it only took a couple of days. BRILLIANT!!

Ordered cold and flu tablets because I got covid, but it took a week before they even shipped them

Large selection, great prices and easy to order but shipping was slow.

Has been over a week still not revived parcel

I waited over a week for my order to be posted. My order was not dispatched until AFTER I had emailed Bargain Chemist directly to find out why it hadn't been sent. Only when I complained was it then magically dispatched the following day. Considering I paid for "Fast Nationwide Shipping" this was unacceptable. Expect hassle if dealing with Bargain Chemist.

This time round,products were quiet slow in arriving but i didnt run out.

The package took 8 days to get to me. The courier was “fast”. If that’s fast I’d hate to see how long regular delivery was.

Product that I ordered was a very good price online and cheaper than elsewhere.

Cheapest price for Mega Magnesium I could find . Didn't have to wait long for delivery. Very happy and will buy again.

Shipping time is horrendous considering how much you pay you need to work quicker to dispatch orders I didn't receive any notification that my order had been shipped and had to ring for a tracking number I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from bargain chemist took over 8days to receive order pathetic time frames shocking

Ordered 6 items and received a confirmation email and invoice. Then I heard nothing for a week so emailed them, a couple of days later received 3 emails saying the same thing -that they couldn’t supply one of the items so it had been refunded-
It took far too long. Prices were good though, even compared to chemist warehouse.

Good service really, maybe a little slow. Good enough. More comms perhaps until it arrives?
