Given products with an expiry date only months away. Considering I brought 2 items which were expensive, it was disappointing.

My original order was apparently damaged in transit. After waiting for a week I rang the courier and got told this and that bargain chemist had been notified of this so they could resend the order. On contacting bargain chemist they had no record of any correspondence from the courier. They then went ahead and resent my order.

First time ordering from Bargain Chemist. The items I purchased online were available & on Special. I thought what a bargain, so I proceeded with the purchase. Only to get an email days later saying that the items that I Really wanted were not available & a refund issued. What a waste of time shopping online. I should have shopped online at Chemist Warehouse instead like I normally do. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from. I don't believe they currently have capacity for good customer service and providing the ordered products. Don't know what distribution they have? Longer waiting times than I'm use to for processing, dispatch and shipment times. Better to use for maintaining household a month out, than for urgent or products needed sooner. Will continue with, but only for non essentials.

Decided to try Bargin Chemist for first time. Ordered some hair dye and toner, waited a week with no update so emailed them. Got a reply afew days later was told they had the dye but they were getting the toner from another warehouse or if I wanted I could get a refund. Didnt have a chance to reply cos the just refunded the toner anyway and mailed the rest. If I knew it would have been such a hassel and take so long just to get a refund I would have ordered elsewhere or just gone to supermarket.

Wanted 4 items, all showed as in stock. Paid, then got email saying can only send two and have already shipped so can't cancel complete order and refund.
Only got second star for sticking to the free shipping when bill dropped below 50.
