Cheaper than alternative
Took over a week to ship my order and conveniently they only shipped my order when I queried it, when I received the products I was very happy and the products were a lot cheaper than chemist warehouse

Don't order if you need it urgently!…
Only reason I order from here is because your prices are good. I never order if I need something urgently though. I don't like that takes over a week to receive my order and that there is no communication! My previous order, after a week and still waiting, I had to email to enquire about delivery and was told they were waiting on stock! I think it's very bad customer service to not let a customer know their order is going to be delayed!

Poor online service!!!
Placed online order amd when I heard nothing ten days later I contacted them. After three days they replied that they could not supply the goods and would refund my payment. Very disappointing service and they are still advertising the products!!!

The delivery wait time is out the gate.
10 days since my order was placed & still haven't received. Communication is rubbish, emailed 3x till I got a reply with an update on my order.
My first and last time shopping with this company.
