I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the support I received from the team. I had a persistent issue with my website, and the customer support was patient, professional, and ultimately effective in helping me find a solution.

I purchased Barn 2 Wordpress plug in for the enhanced product options that it offers. I have found it very intuitive to use and capable of doing most things that I wanted it to do very well.

There was one function that I found the plug in didn't offer, which would be helpful for my own, specialised business. I could get by without it, but suggested to Barn2 in some feedback that this function might be useful for other users in the future, in addition to myself.

Within a week or so, this function was written, added and I was given full instructions of how to use it...to say I was impressed is an understatement!

Barn2 Plugins has terrific support. They are quick, knowledgeable, and never make you feel like you're asking a silly question.

We are a small charity with limited resources. The company were very helpful and supportive when we enquired about non-profit prices, and their Post-Tables-pro plugin has enabled us to create dynamic index pages, saving us extensive setup time on our website.

Barn2 offers great products and even better support! I had an issue with one of the plugins and they took the time to get it up and running again.

I had what was seemingly a difficult problem but the Barn2 support staff did an amazing job of helping me remedy it, which affected two of my customers. In the end, customers are happy, which means I'm very happy and grateful for the support Barn2 provided. I even upgraded my plan as I will need additional plugins for two new customers!

We use the plugin Product Table feature, and it works really good. The support team is excellent, always ready to help and eager to solve any issues that arise. Highly recommended!

I ran into a problem with a wholesale discount being applied to Administrators and Shop Managers. Akramul looked at the setup and it was a simple toggle, which I missed.

Even though it was an oversight on my end, he was polite and sent me screen captures where I can toggle it off.

We're very happy with our purchase of Document Library Pro! We wanted to develop a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate public resource hub on our website. Document Library Pro's seamless integration with FacetWP allowed us to create a beautiful, searchable grid with filters for categories and tags. The lifetime purchase option was great for us as a non-profit organization, enabling us to use specific funding to purchase the plugin. Pricing is very reasonable if a web developer is not within your budget.

Setting up the two plugins together might be a little bit challenging for beginners, but the huge library of support documentation, articles, and step-by-step instructions was very helpful. Some knowledge of coding is required to implement certain design changes with CSS.

Customer service is 10/10. There were a few things I wanted to customize on my grid, and the support team was quick to respond and very helpful in finding a solution or providing code snippets to achieve what I wanted. Shoutout to Edge Padero for all his help!

Edge and the support team helped figure out the problem and came up with a solution for it quickly. I think the problem was caused by updates to other plugins which changed how the search field worked but they solved it and got it back to working.
