The amazing part is that you can take seriously complex formulations and calculate this as 'live pricing' for some complicated products where before it was such a manual process. What a great suite of plugins they have.

I needed a WordPress plugin to manage documents and resources that I make available to the public. I asked AI (Grok) and was suggested Document Library by Barn2. It looked like exactly what I needed so I purchased it.
Only challenge I ran into was activating the plugin, which I determined was on my end but my hosting company would not fix. Barn2 Customer Service was so responsive to my help request - within an hour they responded and were able to force activation and I was up and running.
Document Library has been flawless as I work to build my WP site. Simple to learn, but I appreciate that the knowledge base on the Barn2 website is thorough and I can quickly find answers, including videos, to any of my questions.

A wonderful company that has helped me with all of my needs and has even gone the extra mile without charging extra. Special thanks to Adrian and the Developers for sorting out our problems in a speedy and professional manner. Would happily buy and of their future and existing plugins.

Barn2 make great plug-ins that simply work. I like the way one plug-in complements another making it easy to achieve the result that you need on your website. We currently use Barn2 plug-ins on two of our company's websites (zoop.lt & uls.lt) and are really happy with the results. Also, and I can't stress this enough, the support is simply superb! They're quick to reply, solve any issues that arise and listen to their cutsomers.

I am extremely satisfied with the Document Library Pro plugin from Barns. It offers excellent functionality and is very user-friendly. The integration into our website went smoothly and document management is now more efficient than ever.

I would particularly like to highlight Barns' support. The team is incredibly fast and helpful. If you have any questions or problems, you get competent support immediately. The customer service is really first class and contributes significantly to the positive experience with the plugin.

This has been a very frustrating plugin to work with for me. For the most part, experience with support has been very good to great, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I wouldn't have been able to use this plugin without that. The response times are reasonable, and once I got it set up the way I needed to it's been exactly what I need. Probably the most frustrating part for me was that there are some nuances to this tool that are important to know but not obvious to figure out, such as the table not updating when new docs were added due to the caching option being checked. There seemed to be several little road blocks that I encountered that made the building experience a bit maddening. Luckily, most of the support has been extremely helpful and they have helped me navigate the process, I am very happy with the outcome. Akramul Hasan has been super helpful!

Great plugins, but support is incredibly slow.

I really like Barn 2 plugins. They are solid, do exactly what they claim to do, and fill important niches.

The main let-down is speed of support.

For example:

1) Initial online chat enquiry
Wait 24 hours no reply
2) Submit a support ticket
Wait 36 hours for a reply
3) Ask a question
Wait 24 hours for a reply
4) Asked another question
Wait 72 hours for a reply
5) Moved to new support person who asks the same questions as the first person.

If they could nail their support times, would be a killer combo.

For a paid plugin, the customer support is disappointing. The team often assumes users lack basic knowledge of the plugin, making it difficult to have meaningful discussions or get effective assistance. Additionally, their documentation is quite limited, leaving much to be desired in terms of clarity and guidance.

The Barn2 team has always been very helpful! Every time I have needed them for one of their plugins, they always address my needs promptly and professionally. 10/10 I would definately use them again for my website needs.

I recently experienced several checkout exploitations from unapproved users on a members only store. We added a custom popup message at checkout with an email opt-in, which was suspiciously being accessed and sending lots of spam mail. The support team at Barn2 was very thorough in helping me troubleshoot potential vulnerabilities and loopholes in woocommerce. They responded to my support ticket very quickly and provided real answers right away, while offering their recommendation to beef up my security on my checkout page. As it stands now installing a google recaptcha checkbox on the pop up message is doing the trick to stop spam attempts. Barn2 support always offers useful help even when support goes beyond their own products!

My organization is using BP's Document Library plugin. We really enjoy the user-friendly interface and ease of use. More than anything we appreciate the team's customer service and response to questions.

I asked for a feature that fastcart did not have. They eventually added that feature and emailed me that it was now available. I used it and needed it to be revised. They then sent me the extra code to add, and its now working beautifully.
Support was very responsive.
