i still have not recieved my dream box they took the money out on nov of 2022 .still have not recieved my refund need my money back

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I saw a dreambox advertised on their site for a ridiculously low price. Having looked into Dorizan/Barness I discovered it is a scam and you will probably receive a pen instead of a cabinet! Don't waste your money! I was almost duped into buying a dreambox at £40 but I thought it must be a fake website... and after researching google it is.

Scam,scam don't waste your time or money. Brought a Dreambox in December 2022 and still waiting for it. They take your money than no further contact at all. Save your money and don't buy from these scammers.

Store is now called Dorizan!!! I contacted RCMP and they confirmed it was a fraud and sent me an email to show my bank to process a refund. I have a tracking number that shows a package is on the way but I'm sure it's a charger cord or something. Please report this online fraud on facebook to authorities

I bought a dream box November 19 and and did not receive anything I tried emailing multiple times and got no response. I’ve tried getting back on the site and there’s no longer there total scam I’ve heard they went to a different name than Barness from these reviews tried to purchase it through a link from Facebook it was supposed to be a Christmas present, but turned out to be a scam

Former Barness store, now Marsha, store is a 100% scam. They scammed me. Please speak to your bank immediately and provide your bank evidence.

They also keep the same website and change the name of the website, as well, change their e-mail address. Don't purchase anything from this website.

Don't deal with these scammers. Same as everyone else. Ordered a craft box. Got a crappy pen. Claiming the money back through my credit card which is a real pain. I notice there are three other companies selling the same craft box on Facebook very cheap. Total scam.

Only reason giving 1 star is it won't let me do anything with no stars. These people don't even deserve a star. I ordered a dream box on thanksgiving. Barley received a package today 12-19-22 not the dream box. But a hat so I emailed right away. Just got a email back tellin me to pay for the return shipping or keep and get 40% refunded.

Same as all other reviews. send you a cheap box of chargers when I ordered a swing chair. Give you multiple excuses and not surprisingly they are the same as given to others. Total scam, thieves and swindlers and are continuing to operate on advertising on Facebook. Have a very professional website with all sorts of return policies but totally false,Since asking for a full refund have not gotten a response

ordered a dream box from them and after emailing, I received a phone charger cord. After I complained to them again, I was told that my order had been delivered and if I wasn't satisfied then a refund 0f 40%. Or i could send it back(cost over 17.00 to China) and I told them I wanted all my money back for something I never received. 22 times I have emailed them (good customer service) answered by company in china 2 times. UPDATE. 12/29. After continuing to text them and of course no reply they also said first they would send me 40% of my money back if I sent the unwanted package. It would have cost me 17 to ship to china. Said absolutely not. Today she wanted to give me 36 dollars in American money. I said no To many people scammed. We all deserve to get our money back and shut these people down

Same as the other reviewers, we purchased the craft cabinet and cast iron pots from this deceptive company. We hope they are caught and stopped.

I also got a fricken charging cord! I can’t believe these people are getting away with this! I want my money back and I am going to file a dispute with my bank, hopefully that will work.And I just found out that they are still on Market Place! Smarten up Facebook!

I ordered the craft dreambox storage. Ordered on 11-05-22. They sent me a tracking number that is as stupid as they are fake. Sent me a charging cord set that's for sale on another site for 10 cents. They will regret this bs. 50.00. O h*** no

Bought a craft storage cupboard and received multi charger cord set instead. Such a scam can’t contact so called support have tried multiple email contact with no reply…my lesson has been learnt. Don’t trust this mob. Steal your hard earned $$$ and send you $2 crap item.
