I have bought a car from them and am happy with it! I got my mechanic to look it over before! I would recommend this, as I see they have my old car up for sale, which needs work. I was honest about this. So get everything checked out!

I recent purchased a vehicle from this company, it stated it came with a years warranty.

A couple of immediate, minor faults were found and I was told to get them done and they would re-emberse me directly.

After in excess of 10 attempted calls, i messaged them, only to receive a very rude, drunken response one evening.

Subsequently assured by **** that i would receive both my warranty and monies owed returned that day, Ian still awaiting both weeks later.

Whilst his partner's marital problems are sad, they are not of interest to me nor are they an excuse for diabolical after sales service and blatant rudeness!

If neither my money or warranty have been received by the end of this week, I will be taking legal advise, as I have informed the company.

Do not do business with this company if you expect what you've paid for!

Awful company. Sold my partner a van with multiple issues and despite originally recognising it there has been no effort recently to fix these despite his multiple messages to them. He is currently looking at taking them to court for this issue. Believe the other low star review cause clearly he’s had some fake reviews added on here

What a crock of lies from previous customers they are mates and family. You are a nasty company. I'm currently taking them to court as the car I was sold had faults after purchase about an hour after. I was also told the car I traded in I paid over the odds for. They are currently selling it at the price I paid. Don't trust or touch this company. They called my wife a slag over the phone. They have ruined our summer holiday by selling me a dog with fleas. Walk away while you still can trust me don't deal with this garage regardless of what name they trade under. You will regret it!!!

We have just collected our new card to-day Tim Colliver could not have been more helpful. Answered all our questions and assisted us with getting to know the function of the car. I would recommend this Company wholeheartedly.

From start to finish the team have all been very helpful. From when i started to look on the web page and customer advisor online to phoning me back, booking me to look around, test drive and the final purchase and collection.
The car came lovely and clean with all the work done.
I was provided with lots of information regarding extra services they had to offer me, with them allowing me time to think about it all before making final decisions. They were warm welcoming and friendly. They even helped with looking for other bits from their workshop for my partners car.

AC motors are an outstanding company and in the team are absolutely fantastic, the attention to detail on the Audi A4 I ordered is unbelievable I couldn’t be more happier with Andy and his team the communication from start to finish was spot-on even up to delivering the car and handing over the keys I will definitely order another car off Andy in the team, thanks for all your hard work lads really do appreciate it thank you😊

I was sceptical at first, after all I live Over 2 hours away. I had never bought a car without seeing it in person but Andy and the guys from AC motors made it such a great experience and gave me piece of mind in every query i had. Follow ups throughout the entire build, pictures almost every day. I would and will highly recommend AC motors to anyone. My car is the best one I’ve ever had.

By far the best company I have ever bought a car from. Attention to detail was second to none and the BEST aftercare with customer service. Honest and reliable. A sensor failed on my car and AC Motors collected the car from my place of work, at a time that was convenient to me and delivered it back to the car park before the end of the day. All covered under the fantastic warranty. I would not hesitate to send friends or family to them for buying a car. 5* fantastic company!!!

Great customer service and is always there to help and give advise.

Very impressed with the service provided from start to finish. We were kept up to date on progress throughout the process via messages, photos and videos. Only negative it took longer to arrive than expected - however this was due to waiting for their suppliers but again we were kept fully informed. Very happy with the car - would definitely recommend. I can honestly say this is the best car ive ever owned, the service was 2nd to none, nothing was too much trouble, i enjoyed picking wheels and other bits and the build pics and updates as it went along, i can honestly say that i will only buy cars from Andy going forward. I recomend AC motors to everyone who asks me about the car.

AC motors are a fantastic company to deal with, excellent car and the best customer service I've ever experienced so far, goes that extra mile and will always help when needed even if it's not a purchase! The build quality of the cars are perfect! Andy will take the time out to explain everything perfectly to make a painless, easy and happy purchase with no sales tactics at all.
The owner Andy even happily offered to deliver the car personally 200 miles to my home! Absolutely brilliant place to deal with! Will 100% use again and cant recommend enough to anyone looking at buying a great quality built car with that personal touch!

I have dealt with this company for many years . The owner Andy is a Top Man with very high standards. I first met him when I sold him a five series years ago and he paid me £1000 more than anybody else as he appreciated the effort I put into it looking after it.

So A few years later I was looking for an Audi A4 Avant . I stumbled across him on eBay selling replicas.

So I contacted him He chose a car for me with very good service history and excellent mechanical condition and then worked his magic with an Rs style body kit, wheels etc . as the car was getting built he informed with pictures and correspondence all way through the build.
Delivery date came and he turned up in the car and it looked nearly brand-new , bear in mind it was 8years old at the Time it was amazing . I have recently dealt with him again with another painless deal . I definitely recommend AC motors any will use again in the future . 👍

I have brought a couple of cars from acmotors, and both times the build quailty has been perfect and their customer services is second to none very helpful with everything i asked for and also there when i needed help with anything, i will defo be buying from them again 100%

Fantastic guys down at AC Motors. We fell in love with the purple TTRS they had done unfortunately it was already sold. Knowing how much we wanted this they then went and sourced the owner and some how managed to get the car back. We purchased the car on the Monday from them and by the weekend it was on the drive way delivered and valeted. Massive thanks to the guys at AC motors would highly recommend there work and there’s cars.
