I ordered my shoes and it took over 30+ days but thats okay, but overall everything was great and good, the quality, the service they provided me. They tried to help me and showed me what to do when the custom duty had my shoes, so everything was excellent but it took a long time

Ho comprato un paio di Air Jordan 1 High ‘Mocha’ il 21/10/23, appena le ho comprate mi han detto che mi sarebbero arrivate a inizio novembre, mi era stato detto da altre persone che hanno comprato le scarpe su questo sito che sarebbero potute arrivare anche qualche settimana dopo. Ho aspettato fino a Dicembre che mi arrivassero, allora li ho provati a contattare tramite mail senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Li ho contattati tramite Whatsapp e finalmente mi hanno risposto, gli ho parlato del mio ordine e mi hanno detto che non esiste nessun ordine effettuato a mio nome, allora ho provato a chiedere rimborso ma mi hanno semplicemente ignorato. Pessima esperienza, non lo consiglio a nessuno.

P.S. Prima di contattarli avevo provato anche a tracciare l’ordine, ma non me lo trovava.

I have bought shoes from vansesstore.co on the 3rd of December 2023 (paid with iDEAL, 133EUR), after a few weeks I have contacted them to inquire about the delivery of the product, which they proceed to inform me that they haven't receive my payment, I responded with a pdf of the confirmation of payment. They replied that my money will be eventually refunded, I just needed to wait... Well, it has been 3 months since the purchase and... nothing ! I obviously was scammed and lost my money :(
Don't buy from this shop ! That's my humble advise!

december 2023 heeft mijn dochter sneakers besteld en betaald van haar verjaardagsgeld. Sneakers nooit ontvangen en na meerdere keren contact wacht zij nog steeds op haar geld, die zij tot heden nog niet terug gestort heeft gekregen! Vanaf 1ste email contact op 8 januari 2024, blijven ze wazig doen en bij volgende berichten melden ze dat hun rekening geblokkeerd is en moeten daarom wachten!!!! Nou leg mij maar uit welk bedrijf geen vermelding kan geven over wanneer het geld terug over gemaakt wordt!! En als rekening geblokkeerd is, is er iets niet helemaal pluis!! En maar zeggen geduld te hebben. Geduld is inmiddels op en verwacht correcte afhandeling hiervan!! Wacht nu al weken op de afhandeling hiervan!! Gaat om 169 euro!!!! Waar blijf het?!?!?!?!?!?!? Duurt absuurddddd langggggggg!!!!!

I paid by ideal, did not receive a conformationmal so i contacted them.
They keep telling they did not receive my money !!! Money i work hard for !!!!

Now they keep silent.

SCAMM. I ordered my shoes online and payed with ideal(133€) after 3 weeks they said that they didnt receive the money and now i lost all my money. DONT BUY SHOES HERE ITS A SCAMM.

My shoes have definitely arrived and I am more than satisfied.. :)

don't buy from this store they are scammers they told me it was authentic but it wasn't they are misleading you

I had to wait 2 months for my shoes to be delivered with no response from the service email or any updates on my package. Turns out; they're fake. They ain't getting any more money from me.

EDIT AFTER REPLY: True, I haven’t contacted you because the email was not available. I contacted yall via an email shown in the Instagram bio. I ordered my shoes on August 4 and received them on September 29.

The shoes are looking amazing they are real and service is good. They reply immediately

My shoes look terrible and feel terrible the shoes dosent look like the picture they put up on the website. I paid 170$ for a pair of purple court 2018 Jordan 1 size 37.5 pair. I got suggested by a friend and they bought a pair of air force 1 off white blue and they looked really good. But mine looked horrible and felt horrible. And theres no return. I would be happy if they had sent shoes that looked identical as they put on the site but they didnt
