Ordered something on the 22nd it still hasn’t arrived 8 days later. Tracking number not supplied , no despatch email. And to add insult to injury when you query your order using the same email address you place your order they still need more details!?! What a farce of a company. I really check companies on Trustpilot first. Anyway, nothing has arrived.. customer service is appalling. You have been worn.

Very quick delivery, but one of the four ordered items was found to be incorrect. That’s perhaps understandable, as the incorrect item looks almost identical to the ordered items.

I reported that problem using the on-line form and Andy immediately took ownership of it. He organised the prompt shipment of the required part.

Apart from the initial problem, the purchase process was very quick and efficient.

Ordered vacuum cleaner bags from bartyspares at lunch time and received them next morning by post man to my door. How's that for sufficient service? I always buy my nilfisk bags from bartyspares as they are the cheapest! Thank you for your fast sufficient service.

I hadn't been expecting next-day delivery but this is how it worked out. Better still, a time window was given and it arrived right in the middle. The pricing was sensible. Quickly shipped and quickly delivered. Nice one!

Fantastic service - part of my Braun blender broke in the dishwasher, I was easily able to identify the exact replacement part on the BartySpares website, thanks to the detailed info they provided. Spare part arrived in a couple of days and works perfectly, a good price too. Thanks!

Ordered a part over a week ago and still have not received it. Have e-mailed several times with no response at all. No actual contact numbers supplied.
Gained a mobile number who said he was just a fitter and could not help ???????
I have no choice but to report this company to Trading Standards which i am in the process of doing right now! I would not use at all. Quick at taking money but no part and no customer service or contact after !!!!! Very very POOR !"

No Customer service , don’t return emails and phone number on my receipt is non existent. Wouldn’t use them again .

Couldn't find what I needed for a KMix stand mixer so completed the form on their website with the enquiry and some pictures. Received an email next morning with parts details and a link. Ordered (standard delivery), and it arrived the following day. Fantastic service.

I was looking for another shelf for the larger of our Dehlonghi DTR 906-DF twin ovens. The original part is crazy money, nearly £50 to my door. Bartys do a 460 x 355 shelf that is a good fit with a backstop and only 25mm less in depth. Now that's a no brainer at £14.99 to my door. So thanks guys.

I was struggling to find a part for my Miele vacuum cleaner but they found it quickly, informed me and was mailing it same day! Excellent efficient, quick and courteous service!

Bought a replacement batttery from Amazon for Shark hoover, it fell off and wouldn’t charge!
They said don’t return and we will refund you, all good.
I ordered another battery from a website Bartyspares, they use Amazon for their deliveries which you don’t know until you order.
Whilst waiting for Bartyspares to deliver I never got my Amazon refund but received another battery in the Amazon branded packaging, I naturally thought they sent me a replacement instead of the refund,so I contacted customer service, I was told, they said send the replacement back and we will refund you which I did and they did refund me, meanwhile I get onto Bartyspares to asked where my battery is, they send me a photo of and Amazon parcel!
I’ve now sent Amazon Bartyspares battery £61 and got £49.99 refund from Amazon who themselves haven’t a clue what’s going on, the Bartyspares spares battery posing as a replacement from Amazon also fell off the hoover and also would not charge

I just wanted to post a quick thank you for the service I received from here. There was an issue with my order, but they guys here were polite and quick to respond. Sorted the error. I received my order prompt and well packaged. the items were as described and of good quality. I would recommend shopping with them.

I am so grateful I have trusted this company. I had a trouble with the Royal mail as they did not delivered my parcel and did not left any red card that they have been and could not deliver.
I have contacted bartyspares via email explained the issue and they kindly resend the parcel again that was delivered without any problems:)

I ordered a extra long 4 metre hose for my vacuum cleaner. The hose fitted perfectly other than it was only 3 metre long. They either need to aquire a new measure or advertise 3 metre and not 4 metre hoses

Ordered some replacement gas hob knobs. These were 3rd-party manufactured and as it turns out, they hadn't quite got it right and consequently they didn't work. I therefore returned them to Bartyspares for a refund on that basis, and it was processed and refunded the same day they received them. This is how things should be and gives me the confidence to order from them again.

Just want to mention the experience we have had with Bartyspares is a positive experience. Ordered a part on Thursday evening it was with us by Saturday. The correct part undamaged.
