Before I bought 4 cameras I spoke with Max He was very knowledgeable answering all my questions The units when I ordered them were delivered on time, When I installed the system I had several more questions and as I am hard of hearing I sent e mails rather than phone calls. I dealt with Nils and like Max he was also very knowledgeable and each e mail i sent was answered well within the hour. The system is perfect and the cameras very clear and sharp. This company is one of the best I have dealt with for many years and would defiantly recommend them to anyone and I would use them again

I’ve had a few communication emails but some have been conflicting.

Website is excellent and hope the product will be also, once it arrives. However the pandemic is causing evidently some issues.

This company has not only got the best security cameras we have ever had but also their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing is too much trouble.

Overall excellent, can't fault the after sales service (tech team) in particular Sebastian- quick to respond to queries, professional and knowledgeable.

I purchased 16 cameras for a building site , Devices are high quality, careful planning with wiring key in that they have their own exclusive ring to make system work efficiently

I would recommend them and plan to purchase more cameras for other sites we provide site security

I left a message on the system Sunday and I was contacted the next day by Max. The information I requested was answered extremely professionally so I understood exactly how the cameras and recording unit worked and the units I would require for my security and confirmation I would be able to install and set up myself.

Needed to amend an order. Processed within minutes.
