I was a bit worried when I started because I discovered Basma on an instagram app and wasn’t sure it was legit. But I’m really happy to say that after a year with them everything was perfect. The customer service team were all nice, kind and helpful. I needed adjustments to my original treatment plan and they took care of everything as promised. I love my smile now I’m really glad I went with Basma and really thankful to the medical team work and follow up.

Everything was good and smooth I didn’t have to visit the clinic alot and everything arrived to my house easily and it wasn’t difficult to put the retainer on my teeth and removing it was easy too, it was really good experience
