my experience with basma was great, happy with the results and the customer service is 10\10 specially in responses and fast actions

At first I was hesitant to do it but i overcome my fear and trusted basma to handle all the procedures and just to follow the instructions in every step of the way! It was a smooth journey with basma clear aligner and it helps me to develop my consistency skills as well in following the routines. The support system of basma is excellent and I'm so glad I made right decision as i got the result in my teeth transformation as expected.Now I have confidence to smile thanks Basma!

انتهيت من علاج اسناني واللي دام 10 شهور
للامانة كنت متخوفة جدا من خوض هذه التجربة لان كل شي كان عن طريق الاونلاين والحضور للعيادات ايام معدودة
ولكن ربي سهل لي وغامرت والحمدلله اني اخطيت هذه الخطوة !
كل شي كان سهل وبسيط وتعاون جدا كبير من فريق خدمة العملاء كانو يتحملو اسألتي الكثيرة بصدر رحب ،الحمدلله النتيجة مرضية تماما وسهلة وبدون مشاوير كثيرة ومراجعات وهذه ميزة ما تلاقيها الا عند بسمة تقريبا
مبسوطة جدا من التجربة وانصح اي شخص فيها دايما كانت تجيني تعليقات من اهلي واصدقائي عن اني كيف امنت بهذه التجربة رغم ان كل شي اونلاين واتضح لي ولهم ان التطور الطبي شي جبار ماشاءالله وبسمة رائعين وكان اول تعامل معهم وماسبق عرفت احد جربهم
تقريبا زرت العيادة خلال 10 شهور 6 مرات فقط
ومواعيد سهله وميسرة
والشكر للطاقم الطبي ولعيادة حياة ولخدمة العملاء
والتطبيق ايضا كان رائع
والاقساط سهلة وميسرة
من يوم خلصت وانا انصح اي شخص ياخذ علاج عند بسمة

منذ البداية، أعجبتني سهولة الطلب والمتابعة عن بعد، بدون الحاجة لزيارات متكررة للعيادة. طاقم بسمة كان متعاون جدًا، والمتابعة الشهرية ساعدتني أشوف الفرق بشكل واضح خلال فترة قصيرة.

التقويم مريح وشفاف لدرجة إن أغلب الناس ما لاحظوه، وهذا كان مثالي بالنسبة لي في حياتي اليومية والعملية. لاحظت تحسن كبير في انتظام أسناني، وزادت ثقتي في نفسي مع كل تقدم.

From day one everything was explained to me clearly, anytime i needed anything Dr Sandra provided me all the answers regardless the day or time she always replied back to me. My experience with Basma has been wonderful. I was abroad in the US and this has just made it easier. The communication is on point. I liked how i didnt need to see the doctor much physically. I liked the online pictures and schedules being setup. My only thing was i would have wished the team would have had more knowledge beyond aligners. In my case it was regarding my gums and the reaction of the aligners. Other than that everything was smooth sailing.

I completed my aligner journey with Basma and overall had a very positive experience. The process was clear from the start and was easy to use. Their customer support teams are consistently responsive and helpful, particularly when I had questions during treatment.
