Delivery driver lied about the delivery apart from one lady in the office, I didn't appreciate being spoken to the way I was.
2nd delivery went well.

Very helpful in advising on details of items before ordering. Very pleased overall.

Customer services were very helpful when we discovered some damage to our bathroom cabinet a few weeks after delivery.

We were supplied with sensibly sized samples of 5 board finishes (which we had selected and paid the nominal charge for) which proved very helpful and worthwhile. We then made our online order. Very helpfully, we were advised that some of our ‘fittings and adhesive’ selections could potentially cause issues when installing and CORRECT selections were recommended. That certainly was a great help. Subsequent delivery was ‘on schedule’ and we had a helpful delivery driver, Amin, who ensured everything was as ordered. During installation it was realised that I’d mistakenly double ordered one board and that was, by arrangement, later collected and will be refunded less collection charge. Everything now looks really nice and we trust will give us years of service. Thank you to all.

Excellent customer service from Andy. Saved a few quid on my shower panels (best price I could find) and Andy let me tag some additional items on to the order so I didn’t have to pay delivery charge twice. Lovely website too. My builder was impressed with the wood effect panels and the price I paid. I would recommend and purchase from this company again. And before I forget. Delivery guy was fantastic when dropping panels off. Thank you

Last week we bought an expensive radiator for our bathroom, days later we seen the same radiator at a cheaper price on another web site, contacted Bath and More UK and they have reimbursed me with no problems, more than happy with my purchase and quick delivery

Brilliant service. Product arrived on time. When it was discovered there was a fault with the product, Bath & More contacted the manufacturer and replaced as quickly as possible.

Very good and efficient service I sent an email to the company as I forgot to buy the trims for my shower panel and my builder has already started working on a disabled shower for my dad. The company did their level best to send the trims quickly to tie in with the work. More over show compassion when I advised them it was for my disable father. Thank you so much for your comforting words . It means a lot. I am ever so grateful .highly recommended. More over the price was much more competitive compare to other traders. That is cheaper than other places for similar products. Thank you

It’s been six days since I’ve ordered the samples and I received an email to say they’d been posted and would be with me in 1-2 days, this was six days ago and still received nothing.

Firstly like other reviewers I had a damaged panel. The delay in a replacement meant I would have had a delay in the job so I used another wider panel and asked for this to be replaced. They charged me for the larger panel!
The when I came to use the adhesive, which in the second batch was a substituted and clearly own label it was terrible. It didn’t stick and made a right mess that had to be removed. No refund given due to the delay in using this product although the earlier product was used later and performed excellently
I wish I had not trusted the substitution at the point of receipt and returned then. As they contravened the Trades Description Act with the substitution.
Be warned, the price might be good, but the service is not. I guess like all things you get what you pay for. I’ve stuck the panels on with CT1 at an additional cost of £50 to the job. Not happy
