After an initial informal chat with Chris, he gave me all the options and from there he just made my life much easier. Chris was very proactive and kept me informed. I would have struggled to deal direct with a lender as there is a lot of information required and Chris guided me what was needed and if i got it wrong which i did several times he would give me a call. When you deal with Chris, who knows the mortgage market inside out, you know that the application goes in correct. Dealing direct with the lenders call centre would have been a nightmare. Very happy with Chris and would highly recommend.
