We surprisingly got our initial mortgage with Bath-mortgage as the intermediate with the bank, something we didn’t actually expect. Bath-mortgage has since then secured remortgages twice for us, they have been following our mortgage plans, they knew when our fixed plans were coming to an end, they would send us messages, applied and secured the best remortgage plan for us each time without us having to stress about it. They were sincere when showing us options to choose from explaining the pros and cons of each plan. They even applied and changed a plan on our behalf when interest rate improved before our last plan started to our favour.
Their fees are quite reasonable. I will highly recommend Bath Mortgage to anyone for their outstanding services.
