Great range of products and competitive prices. Quick dispatch of all and no issues throughout. Only feedback is that I received a accurate tracking link and update for the small courier item, but no dispatch or updates for the pallet delivery and as a result it arrived at my address unexpectedly.

I am so impressed by Bathroom Point
I am so impressed by Bathroom Point. The quality of the Litchfield brushed brash shower and accessories were amazing.
I ordered the wrong shower screen by mistake and Jake Litchfield couldn’t help me enough! He ordered a new shower screen there and then and in less than 24 hours it’s here! He was so helpful. I will always use this company moving forward for all of my projects.

Great service & quality products
Great service & quality products, everything arrived on time except for sink but was advised that it would come shortly after. Delivery guy really helpful too as I live on my own & having a bathroom suite delivered was a concern as to how I would be able to get it all into my home (my friends advised other companies would leave it on a pallet outside) but I was thrilled that nothing was too much trouble & it would be brought into my home at ground level 😊

My toilet arrived soaking wet and full of water.
My toilet arrived soaking wet, the box was damaged and the toilet chipped. I contacted the company and they asked me to send photos. I sent photos 5 days ago and have had no response. I’ve emailed and called. I’ve left messages asking them to call me back. Still waiting. I’ve got a plumber booked to fit the toilet and at this point I have no toilet for him to fit. Very disappointing service.

Really positive experience, great products and reasonable prices
We realised after ordering that the towel rail we ordered wasn't the right size, so I called and the returns process was really easy. The products received are all really good quality and delivered promptly. Will definitely use this company again.

Order #24370 Product failed completely flooded out my campervan. Sent an email in explaining got a robot reply sending me to a website that doesn't work. Not good enough to be honest. Got a lot of work drying my van out now, in the damp weather.,
Would have been nice for a human to get involved.

Ordered Amy 1100mm Combination Toilet and Sink Unit plus mixer tap (anthracite)
My order was processed promptly and quickly delivered to my home. Very happy with my new downstairs loo furniture, however the sink unit must have been damaged in transit and was cracked. On discovering the damage I reported it to Bathroom Point who responded immediately, confirming a replacement would be quickly sent. Received new sink within 2 days - very happy.
Agreed we would dispose of damaged sink at our local recycling centre and were duly compensated with a £30 voucher- what’s not to like 😊

Good quality products and service
Communication regarding order confirmation and delivery was very good. Two of the items received were defect, however it was swiftly resolved and Jake at Bathroom Point ensured perfect items were delivered within 48 hrs . The products ordered are beautiful and really good quality.

The toilet was leaking water from…
The toilet was leaking water from underneath ,
The toilet seat is sliding all over the place ,the rubber seals are loose , and I cannot tighten anything , and the sink plug hole does not drain water away ,
I used a sink unblocker ,it made no difference , it is the design of the plug hole .
