Really happy with the service from Jake and Bathroom Point. Jake was easy to deal with and really knew his stuff. Everything arrived on time and was exactly what we were after.

The products themselves are great quality and look fantastic! Our bathroom feels completely refreshed. Would definitely recommend Bathroom Point to anyone looking to upgrade their space. No hassle, just good service and solid products.

I ordered with Bathroom Point for the 2nd time following a very happy selection of bathroom pieces back in Nov 24. Again the service was extremely good, unfortunately I was missing a tap (which I didn’t notice on delivery) and didn’t check for damages on the other bits so several weeks later when we came to install everything, I was worried I might be dismissed and have to pay again. Jake was AMAZING. He didn’t for a minute fob me off or suggest it was my fault, he confirmed from the photo image of delivery that it did indeed look like the tap hadn’t been delivered and that he would send it out next day delivery along with a replacement towel rail which was damaged. No hassle just really good service. Thank you Jake and team Bathroom Point. One very happy customer for the 2nd time!

Order placed on line and was delivered a few days later perfect for us as we had just had a full bathroom makeover and this item was just what we needed to complete the job.
The reason we gave 5 stars was the first one arrived damaged and once the problem was brought up the replacement was with us the next day fantastic service would definitely recommend.

I've used this company 3 times now for various different items for our bathroom refurbishment. The items were delivered on time (in fact a day early). The feed back from our plumber was extremely good. The quality of all three items ( shower, vanity unit, basin tap) were fantastic. We've actually ordered more or less a full suite for our en suite as well. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful vanity received. Really impressed with how quick their customer service was when it came to a few issues but super lovely people. The vanity adds texture to my bathroom & is exactly what I wanted for the space.

I ordered a RAK toilet from the website (it was a great price) which arrived quickly. However, when I looked at the fixings, I discovered been given the wrong information by RAK's technical team and the toilet wasn't compatible with my cistern.

I rang Bathroom Point and even though none of this was their fault, they couldn't have been more helpful. They've swapped the toilet for one that will work and were gracious enough to waive the delivery costs.

I made an order around mid-April and all the items arrived the week after except for one as it was out of stock. They contacted me promptly to inform me, to give me info on the new delivery time etc. I am super happy with their products and the customer experience was amazing! Super recommended!

I originally received the wrong order but the situation was handled with the upmost courtesy. The correct order was sent out straightaway, uplifting the incorrect order at the same time. 10/10 for customer service, I would definitely use this company again.

We waited over a week for a delivery (no correspondence after the initial invoice) only to the receive a message that the item we wanted had been broken they didn’t have another one and we will be given a refund. Not impressed.

Great customer service. The staff were very helpful and worked out a way for me to swap a bath when I made the wrong order. It makes a big difference when people are friendly and prepared to find a solution to a problem. I'm also very pleased with the bath I now have installed.
