Brilliant service. Ordered a brushed brass basin tap and it arrived quicker than expected. The quality is spot on, looks stunning in our new bathroom. Will definitely be using Bathroom Point again.

Cant praise this company any more. There was an issue with a mirror I ordered and they were straight on the ball correcting it. I can honestly say that I will be ordering any items needed that they provide from them. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Awful. First item arrived damaged beyond repair. Redelivery failed due to lack of communication. Second attempt at delivery failed due to ‘family emergency’ but apparently that’s not ‘bathroom points fault’ so they suggested I cover the cost instead?! Ludicrous and seemingly cowboy outfit. Avoid if you don’t want to be charged £195 for something you never signed up to!
Wow, and in response I’m being harassed by the company and they are trying to intimidate me into taking down my review?! I have read and re-read their emails. It’s very clear what they meant and I will not allow them to force me into removing a poor TRUTHFUL and FACTUAL review. Trustpilot wouldn’t be very trustworthy if they didn’t allow HONEST feedback on their site. No wonder the company has managed to earn so many stars - they clearly have anything else removed 😡

I bought 2shower from this company,
I was in pressure by customer to finish job,they said will send damaged part but they didn’t ,i bought second one online from them and second one was faulty ,i asked to return items but they said we don’t return them,really disappointing,don’t buy from this company at all,they are not responsible to customer,

I had done quite a lot of research on the products we required and found that Bathroom Point had them in stock and at the best price available.I ordered the product and asked for a specific delivery day. I was assured that we would get the delivery on the day agreed. Then I had to change the day. No problem, said Jake. Then I had to order some more poroduct. No problem, said Jake. Them I had to ask that all the product arrived on the same day. No problem said Jake. The day came and the note from the carrier implied that only half the order was on its way. No doubt panic ensued at Jake's end, but when the delivery arrived, on time, it was for the complete order. As Jake had said so many times. 'No problem'.

Excellent company, when no other company would ship to Northern Ireland, Jake sorted postage for me at a reasonable cost, the vanity unit is perfect. Many thanks

Very happy with our order. The Amy combination 900 fitted perfectly in our downstairs bathroom and looks really nice. We had a small issue but it was resolved right away by the very efficient customer service person I spoke with on the phone. Would recommend.

The only people I could find who had the shower tray that I was looking, they promised a quick delivery and were true to their word.

Have purchased a number of items for my bathroom renovation and very happy with the products and service.

On one occasion, we received the wrong shower quadrant and Jake promptly sent the correct one which arrived very quickly

On another occasion, I needed a shower channel delivered urgently which again, Jake arranged and I received it the next day which was great as my builders were finishing up.

Very personable, excellent service and Jake helps solve problems unlike other companies I’ve purchased from during my rennovation. I’d 100% recommend Bathroom Point and I’ll continue to purchase items I may need from here.

Competitive price for a good quality shower and rapid delivery . Excellent customer service … sadly the plumber said it wasn’t suitable for my set up …Jake was really helpful and flexible about arranging a return and when I dropped it off all the staff at the Unit were particularly helpful and cheerful . I would definitely recommend them ( have already to my family in Swansea ) and would buy from them again
