Needed a specific tap urgently and found it listed 'in stock' with an available quantity on the Bathroom Point website with a next day delivery option. Order process and payment was simple and clear. Communication throughout the order processing, despatch and delivery process was excellent. The APC courier was also excellent and the product was delivered to me next day as promised. Unable to fault anything. Will definitely use Bathroom Point again in the future.

Firstly delivery was awful, not BP fault but they choose the courier. No advance notice, it was dumped on a pallet outside my house on the path. My wife had to struggle bringing it in. Bought a set but a key part not included; the waste for the sink. Installed a few weeks later and sink unit has a chip in it 😩

I bought a shower screen from Bathroom Point and unfortunately the couriers managed to shatter it to smithereens (typical!). When I called up to explain, Bathroom Point were so lovely about it (shout out to Jake who I spoke to) and not only did they send out a replacement that day, they also made the courier company collect the broken screen for me. The new shower screen arrived intact and is very lovely, and overall I’m very happy with my experience.

Ordered a shower door which I needed fast, they called me and went above and beyond to get it to me ahead of schedule. All during busy pre Xmas rush.

The delivery took several days later than expected, and had to be chased up. I paid more for a product thinking it would arrive on time and was disappointed.

Update:
I have responded to Jake and attached confirmation from the delivery company stating there was a delay in delivering. I chased it up 2 days later as I had heard nothing further, and have now finally received the item. Considering the cost of delivery and the delay, I would have welcomed an apology.

Unfortunately ordered the wrong item, collected quickly and refund issued.

Mirror was lost in transit and I was sent a replacement overnight delighted with my led mirror and the service no hassle well done

Ordered our entire bathroom from here and so impressed with the customer service! Our builder has been incredibly complimentary on the quality of the items as well. Very happy and would definitely use again.
