Found this gem of a company online after searching for a bathroom, the price smashed all the bigger retailers and it felt nice to give to a family run business rather than a chain business. Customer service was amazing, dealt with Jake who was all to happy to assist. Definitely will be recommending and using this company in the future! Cheers guys.

Absolute breath of fresh air!! Jake and the Bathroom Point team have been outstanding from the off. Great communications, friendly, efficient and super honest.
They were super helpful when I needed to change and add to my order, even more helpful when I had to return one of the items as it didn't quite fit with our design.
I would highly recommend.

Top quality products but it is the customer service that really sets this company apart. I made a bit of a mess of my order on both occasions (all my fault!) but the customer service on both occasions was absolutely second to none with them being really responsive in ensuring that they still dispatched the items in a timely manner with very reasonable delivery costs. I will definitely use them again! Special shout out to Jake

Haven't installed prouduct but looks good and had great customer service when there was an issue with tracking the order. Really helpful in checking its location etc.

My first item arrived damaged which was replaced without any fuss and customer service seemed great, second item was also damaged and it was implied I had caused it, had to escalate through third party which processed my original payment to obtain refund.

Ordered my mirrored cabinet and it was delivered 2 days later. Free shipping with excellent communication all along. The product itself is great. Such a handy size as there is quite a lot of storage room inside. I chose it as I can charge electric toothbrushes inside. It came with bluetooth which is fab too...such a clear sound quality through the speakers. It appears very well made and I hope it will stand the test of time. Great overall experience with this company. Thank you!

Highly recommended! This Swansea- based company shipped to London very quickly. I ordered a bathroom suite and radiator. The cost was very reasonable and the items are such good quality. Love my new bathroom :) have recommend to friends and family.

What amazing customer service. I ordered an item, which was delivered really quickly, only to realise it was no longer needed. Jake was extremely efficient and helpful when I emailed to organise a return sorting out postage for its return then a refund.

I order on Thursday before Good Friday and packaged still arrived on Saturday. The item was better quality than I expected although I must admit to not reading the description properly. Jake was helpful and very prompt and courteous. I would giving these guys a go.
