Ich kann nur die Leistung unserer Reinigungskraft beurteilen, sonst nichts. Andere Personen kenne ich nicht. Die Organisation funktioniert jedenfalls auch sehr gut.

I am really disappointed with Batmaid. The online booking was very easy, which gave me a good first impression. I ordered a 4-hour cleaning for my end-of-lease move-out. The apartment was practically empty, so cleaning should have been straightforward.

Unfortunately, the cleaner sent was absolutely not suited for this job. She worked very slowly and the result was extremely poor. Dust was left inside the wardrobes, on the windows, corners were not done, and the bathroom was really poorly cleaned. I believe the lady tried her best, but she is simply not suitable for this kind of work — the real issue is Batmaid’s very bad selection of employees. Despite a small help with some embellishment for my departure, the actual cleaning was unacceptable.

In the end, I had to hire another cleaner outside of Batmaid to redo everything properly. For a professional service, this is really not what I expected. My rating: 2/10.

Schlechte Koordination und ständiger Wechsel der Putzfrau ohne dass die Anweisungen übertragen werden

Extremely disappointing experience. After returning from holiday, I discovered that my vacuum cleaner had been completely destroyed by a Badmaid agent. No incident was reported, and despite multiple emails and even a registered final notice, I have received no reply for over 4 weeks. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally. This shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a serious absence of accountability and customer care.

Nach einer Fensterreinigung durch Batmaid blieben tiefe Kratzer im Glas zurück. Der Schaden war eindeutig dokumentiert (Vorher-/Nachher-Fotos, Quittungen, Meteobericht), trotzdem weigert sich Batmaid bis heute, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Statt einer Lösung gab es nur Ausreden, Hinhaltetaktik und Verweise auf interne „Richtlinien“.

Selbst nachdem ich mehrfach nachgehakt habe, wurde der Schaden einfach bestritten – obwohl er nachweislich erst nach der Reinigung vorhanden war. Für den Kunden bedeutet das: Man bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen, egal wie klar die Beweise sind.

Das Verhalten ist nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern auch respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Kunden. So geht man nicht mit Schäden um, die nachweislich während eines Auftrags entstanden sind.

Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Fairness und Kundenservice legt, sollte einen grossen Bogen um Batmaid machen.

Finger weg von dieser Firma. Haben bei uns sofort den Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Es sollte am Freitag eine Reinigungskraft für 4 Stunden vorbeikommen, niemand ist vorgekommen. Wir haben sofort den Kundenservice angerufen und unseren Fall geschildert, dann nichts mehr von denen gehört. Ein Fall für die Polizei / Staatsanwaltschaft Zürich. Sieht nach Betrug aus.

Great experience overall. From booking the appointment to the cleaning everything is flawless and with minimum effort. The way to book the appointment from the website is clear and requires not a lot of thought. All options are easily understood. The cleaning persons are great and professional. All works great with minimum intervention from my side.

⭐ 1 étoile – Très mauvaise expérience avec Batmaid

Je déconseille fortement Batmaid. Mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante, à plusieurs niveaux :

❌ Qualité du ménage inacceptable

Le ménage réalisé était loin d’un service professionnel :

Tache visible laissée sous les toilettes,

Poubelles non vidées (y compris dans la salle de bain),

Intérieur du bac à poubelle non nettoyé,

Serpillière sale et encore humide abandonnée sous une fenêtre,

Torchons mouillés déposés à côté de mon lit sur le linge sale...

Le ménage était bâclé et irrespectueux de l’hygiène de base.

❌ Service client inexistant

J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages (avec photos à l’appui) pour signaler les problèmes et demander l’annulation des récurrences dès le 2 août.
Aucune réponse. Aucune prise en compte.
Malgré cela, j’ai été facturé 20 CHF et je continue à recevoir des notifications pour de nouveaux ménages.

❌ Impossible de les joindre

Par téléphone : personne ne répond.

Quand quelqu’un décroche, la personne ne parle ni français, ni anglais, ce qui est inacceptable pour un service en Suisse.

Je suis extrêmement déçu. Non seulement la prestation est médiocre, mais l’entreprise ignore totalement les demandes des clients.

Je suis contraint d’écrire cet avis public, faute d’avoir pu obtenir une réponse privée ou un remboursement.

They cancelled my booking last min on the same day. They gave me 2 hours notice and said that they would be in touch. I haven’t heard anything from them but rather had to call twice to get any information. So far I have not been able to rebook

Suis très satisfaite, le personnel (Mme Da Cruz) agréable, discrète, travail bien fait, rapide et résultat parfait !

The customer service is fabulous. I always feel heard and the Batmaid team responds to my questions or requests almost immediately.

The quality of cleaning is always very high, and my home smells wonderfully clean upon reentry :)

I sense the training for the cleaning agents could be expanded to ensure they illustrate common sense in other people's homes, such as: throwing broken glass away, and closing outside doors before leaving a premise.
