Wir haben vor ca. zwei Monaten eine Reinigungskraft gebucht für unsere Privatwohnung, im Zweiwochen-Rhythmus. Zwei Wochen vor dem ersten Termin wurde dan aus dem nichts die Reinigung seitens Batmaid ersatzlos storniert. Nach einem Anruf wurde dann eine neue Reinigungskraft organisiert für ein par Tage später, diese wiederum aber nur einmal, denn in zwei Wochen würde dann wieder eine andere kommen. Wir haben das also so gebucht. An jenem Tag morgens um 08:00, keine Reinigungskraft vor der Tür. Angerufen und gefragt wo sie denn bleibe, 20 Minuten gewartet, keinen Rückruf erhalten, keine E-Mail, keinerlei Reaktion. Reinigungskraft ist nie aufgetaucht. Dafür danach eine E-Mail mit der Rechnung für die 3h erhalten. Vielen Dank, aber nie wieder Batmaid.

SCAM! First attempt using this service. Nobody showed up for the scheduled cleaning and support is non-existent (sent a few messages but no response, and calling the phone number doesn't work, there's just a recording telling you to send messages). Will remove the app and try to find an alternative provider.

Batmaid is reliable, flexible, affordable and effective. They allow you to change dates and times, and have an app to make it easy (but you can also call or email). All cleaners are real employees with benefits and contracts. They are polite and work hard to clean your home or apartment. They will pay attention to any special areas and make your home sparkle. I highly recommend them.

Terrible, I had an important cleaning scheduled, that I booked over 3 weeks in advance. I received a call directly to my private number 1h before the scheduled cleaning from the cleaner herself claiming she couldn't make it because she was ill. Totally understandable, however Batmaid should have been able to find a replacement. I called to speak to customer service to which they replied they will look into it and get back to me ASAP. In the end, they simply turned off access to their phone number and simply cancelled the service 30 minutes before it was meant to start.

They were simply unreachable. So if you ever need dependability and assurance, which you would think you would receive from the use of an agency (where you pay a premium) DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT, use batmaid. Terrible service, don't even have my money back.

Es war toll kurzfristig zwei Putzkräfte zu bekommen.Schade war, dass an den beiden Tage zwei verschiedene Damen kamen.
Die Kommunikation über die Einsätze war perfekt.
Beide Damen trafen 15 Minuten vor der abgemachten Zeit ein.
Sie waren äusserst höflich und halfen mir sogar, meine Taschen zu tragen !!

Multiples rendez vous non respectés. Prestations annulées à la dernière minutes trois fois consécutivement. Personnel passant son temps sur son téléphone, ménage a peine réalisé. A fuir.

I arranged a cleaner every two weeks. The first appointment the cleaner did not show up. So I cancelled the future appointment. I paid in advance for the appointment, I did not receive and I was charge a cancellation fee for the appointment schedule in the future.
