Great service!
Even though the maid did not speak English, we were able to communicate using Google translate and she was very efficient and a lovely girl. She left the house spotless and did not disturb me while I worked from home. I will definitely use her again and can highly recommend as she did an excellent job.

Cleaning insufficient
The Batmaid didn't finish the total five hours and left most of the second apartment undone. However, she may also have had a more significant issue with our dog than initially anticipated, and therefore it may not have been entirely her fault?

Happily surprised
The appointment was really easy to schedule, and customer service is great. The cleaning lady arrived on time, was very kind and did a great job cleaning the house. I was extremely happy to arrive to a clean place :D
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that some details were missed such as cleaning all the kitchen surfaces and taking out the trash. But this can be easily improved on future visits with better communication between both parts.

First experience good, second not
The first time l booked everything was fine, the second time the batmaid cancelled the appointment 1 hour before. I was really disappointed, because l had to do the cleaning myself after a long working day. So l have to reduce 2 stars for the unreliable service.

Unfortunately, we were not able to find a replacement so fast on a Friday afternoon. We suggested a solution for Saturday, but this was not a suitable solution for you.
