Satisfactory
The cleaning was satisfactory and done on time. However, I was disappointed to see that some of the hard-to-see areas were skipped (the area under the bed and the sofa was not vacuumed), the shower drain was not properly cleaned, baseboards were not cleaned although this was an extra option I requested). The Batmaids were 15 minutes late which I do not find professional considering they are paid an hourly rate. I would still recommend this service, but do not be surprised if you have to do a bit of cleaning after them yourself.
