Why all the bad reviews?
I tentatively placed my order on 30/6 and received a confirmation email followed by another informing me my order had been dispatched. My Ni-Cd rechargeable battery arrived via Royal Mail two days later!!
I have just fitted my tagged battery and it works perfectly.
Amazing communication and service from batteries+ I have never used this company before and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.

Ordered replacement batteries confirmation email recieved no further updates emailed 3 x no reply phone line permanantly busy avoid this company.

Despite all the negative reviews, my first purchase from this company went smoothly.

The solar lamp battery that I ordered was received within a few days.

Order placed and acknowledgement received. Nothing at all since then. After 5 days tried ringing - line constantly engaged. Sent daily emails for 3 days (with delivery and read receipts set) - nothing back and no response. Refund obtained through PayPal. Treat with extreme caution! I will not be using again! I read reviews after placing order and I am frankly surprised by the positive reviews! Any business operating properly should ensure their phone line is functioning, and respond to email queries within a reasonable timescale.

Luckily I did not see the bad reviews until after ordering.
I needed four Li-Ion 18650 solder tagged batteries to replace corroded ones in a battery drill pack. The order was made on 3rd March and the batteries arrived on 5th March, delivered by Royal Mail. They were the correct items, well packaged and a reasonable price, including postage. The original battery pack for my drill is no longer unavailable. I have fitted the new batteries, with not too much difficulty and they work fine. So I have saved my trusty drill from the bin. Many thanks Batteriesplus!

No way to contact them. Paid but no delivery. Assume these are just con artists. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered batteries from their website site and completed my details with no problems. Did not receive a confirmation email, however battery's arrived after 3 days which is excellent, therefore I have given 5 stars. Would recommend that confirmation emails are sent to reassure
all customers. 7 Feb 26, just found 2 confirmation emails in my spam. 1 sent the same day as my order and 1 send the next day in response to one I sent. Sorry Battery Plus for missing them. The batteries I purchased are in and running, excellent service from Batterie+.

Purchased a battery, was delivered ok, upon using the battery it became evident that it was defective.
I've emailed them with no response, I've used the form on their website but no response, I've tried multiple times to ring them but get a engaged tone for a second or two then it goes silent.
Definitely won't be using this company again.

Ordered a replacement battery for a solar light on the 23rd November. I received an email confirming the order. On the 24th November another email saying the item has been dispatched. Then nothing. Their customer service is non existent. They don't answer the telephone or emails and there is no tracking available.. Going by other reviews I am not the first person to have this trouble . Save your money and use another company. Have now received a refund from PayPal.

I cannot praise this company enough for the service I have received from them.
I placed an order with them for the wrong batteries for my house alarm siren. I realised my error as soon as the batteries were delivered and I contacted the company via their email address.
I received an immediate response and was told I could return my order to them and that they would exchange the batteries for the ones I needed for my alarm.
As soon as they received my return, my new order was dispatched to me.
Brilliant service and, based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.

Ordered a battery for a solar light which required a connection cable, found one on their website £9:95 plus postage received the wrong battery being sold for £4.95 tried to contact them by telephone immediately but line always busy sent email NO RESPONSE
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company,you may think it’s legal looked at the website but DONOT BE FOOLED

I bought the batery just over 2 months ago and now is completely flat,

Bought some batteries for my walkie talkies. Specification numbers match exactly, but they are 1-2mm too long and so I can't use them. Emailed immediatelky and subsequently requesting return/refund - 3-emails and 6 weeks later, no response and phone always engaged tone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered up a rechargeable battery for my wife's neck fan last year,went to charge it up and use it this March on holiday and it failed miserable sent a letter to the company on 31st March this year with still no reply and unable to send them an e-mail on there web page very poor a reply is the least you would expect out of courtesy .

I was about to post this review on the wrong company's page. Both have a strange mix of 1* and 5* reviews. Are other reviewers maybe getting the two companies confused as well? 'Battery-Plus LLP' was dissolved in 2018.

Batteriesplus.co.uk deserves 5 stars for unexpected next day delivery, but only 4 given because the phone went to voicemail both times I tried phoning, which is better than listening to endless music.

Having searched the internet, this was the only company that I found offering a replacement battery with all the correct numerical data for my rechargeable radio. However, it was labelled on their website as being for solar lights and said 'Please check your battery size and connector before ordering.' Previous reviews said the phone is never answered, so I only tried twice before deciding to order anyway.

The connector was slightly different, but a friend has soldered on the connector from the old battery instead and my radio now works perfectly again. Thank you 'BatteriesPlus+' for saving my radio from the recycling bin.

Ordered 9 days ago, no confirmation emails, heard nothing.wont answer emails, still not received my items, yet they have taken my money.
Think this company has gone into liquidation… Do NOT give them your money !!!

There are so many bad reviews on this company, but my experience was excellent, so I would like to add a '5 star' to help them out a bit! I received a confirmation email/invoice immediately after ordering and received the battery exactly 2 working days later, and perfectly packaged, for which many thanks.
I honestly have absolutely no affiliation or interest in them, simply a happy punter on this occasion!

Why all the bad reviews? I am so confused! I received top-notch service from this company when I ordered the wrong-sized battery for my NuFace microcurrent device. Having no clue about batteries I emailed the team who helped me figure things out. They happily allowed me to return the wrong battery for a replacement and my NuFace is up and running again saving me $$$ in having to replace it. Thanks so much!
