I would like to take a couple of minutes and Praise Bayfinch holidays for their excellent customer service. I’m currently looking for a holiday to Vietnam for 2028,
I would just like to Compliment the Advisor Natasha for her time and dedication in arranging a trip for myself and my husband, the Hotels and locations were outstanding I have been on trip advisor looking at all the Hotels Natasha Recommended and they all had Excellent Customer Reviews, I would in the future have no Hesitation in booking through Bayfinch Holidays for my next Vacation Thank You.

Greg was very helpful with our long list of questions and nothing was any trouble.
Which was very helpful.
We would have taken the holiday but car trouble have had to have that spare cash we had.

Honestly I don't know where to start One word FABULOUS!
It was very well organised,throughout team so helpful 👏 Japan also South Korea are very safe place everything is manageable through mobile and spot on so reliable 😀
Only what we saw throughout our time was so hectic I would definitely go for longer next time because it's worse it
So much to see and experiences most quality ✨️ thanks team to make it happen 🙏

Gregg was very polite and gave me the perfect holiday at a good price. Lots of information given very easy to look into each property and suggested activities

Although I didn't go with bayfinch travel as its a group tour im looking for.... Paul was very helpful with prompt replies and polite. WhatsApp is a good way of communicating. Great service

We said what we wanted and was sent a package the same day which was spot on

I saw a great deal to Bali on FaceBook from Bayfinch. It was for 14 nights, but I wanted 23 nights and specific locations including a private pool villa in Ubud. Jessica prepared me the perfect itinerary at a great price and flights. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jessica at Bayfinch.

I enquired about a holiday to Asia with Jessica who was very professional and lovely from start to finish, even when I kept changing the dates due to other commitments .
