We test drove a car that had problems just…

We test drove a car that had just arrived. The problems evident and a commitment to make everything as good as it could be convinced us to buy. A two week delay was worrying but when ready it really was as good as it could be. Marc at Bayliss in Ross is a great asset. Lets face it people buy from people.

Customer service was exceptional

Customer service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are friendly & very helpful at Stroud. I have bought through Baylis Stroud before & have always had good service. I love the Vauxhall Corsa, good reliable & reasonably priced cars.

Brilliant experience.

Every one of the staff we encountered at Baylis were really welcoming & helpful. Being guided by Aliyah was a particular pleasure - she was product knowledgeable, pleasant & very helpful - very happy with every aspect of our interaction. Would definitely recommend.

Cheltenham don't care

Cheltenham don't care. My daughters car has been a nightmare and car must of been clocked. Been going on for months and nothing. Stranded on a motorway and thousands spent. Buy elsewhere.

In relation to the concern raised about mileage, as a franchised dealer we operate under strict used-vehicle sales procedures. These include carrying out a full provenance check prior to sale, incorporating mileage verification through HPI and a review of the DVSA MOT history. In the very unlikely event that a vehicle we supplied were proven not to have a correct mileage, we would of course take this extremely seriously and would offer an appropriate remedy, including a full refund or an alternative vehicle.

We appreciate you raising your concerns and would genuinely like the opportunity to review the details and assist further.

The need to change my car for a smaller model for the first time since my husband died was a daunting prospect for me
However all the staff at Bayliss's in Hereford were pleasant and helpful from the first visit. The Sales executive, Sam, was very helpful, never pushy and went out of his way to find particular information needed. With his advice I was able to find exactly the right model for me which he had delivered to Hereford for me to try and then to buy. The Crossland 2T Ultimate was delivered to my home exactly as planned. Very pleased indeed

Avoid at all costs, I have a faulty brand new car they've washed their hands of.

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service from Bayliss of Worcester. I have been sold a brand new car that has had 2 sets of warning lights appear in the 2 weeks that I have owned it. I have photographic evidence of the warning lights. Bayliss of Worcester (where I purchased it from) have taken it back twice and cannot find what is causing the fault lights. I have taken the route of rejecting the car under the consumer rights act because there is obviously an underlying fault they cannot resolve and they the dealership have declined my rejection with no reason provided. I cannot believe this has happened and I am now left with a faulty brand new car.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused you, particularly so soon after purchasing your new vehicle.

To try and resolve your concerns, we collected the vehicle from your home on two separate occasions and carried out extensive road testing alongside a full diagnostic inspection. On both visits, no faults were identified, no warning lights were present, and all systems were operating in line with the manufacturer’s specifications. Based on our findings, we believe the red warning light you have seen on start-up is linked to the vehicle’s ADAS system self-check rather than an underlying fault. That said, if you remain concerned, we would of course be happy to investigate this further for your reassurance.

Regarding the child seat query, we have explained that the rear seating configuration is designed to accommodate two ISOFIX child seats on the outer seats, with a standard seatbelt-secured child seat in the center position. I appreciate your comments about the follow-up information, and I will ensure that a manager contacts you directly to provide the approved child seat details as soon as possible.

I’m sorry that your experience has left you feeling let down, and I understand how upsetting this must be. Our intention has always been to support you and ensure you feel confident and comfortable with your vehicle, and we remain committed to working with you to address any remaining concerns.
